I scouted and read reviews on this shoe before buying. I even went to get fitted at various ASICS and RL stores to try on for size. Since I couldnt fit into the women's sizes, I was recommended the 43.5 (US 9.5) men's size. My regular fit is usually size 7.5 to 8. Hence, the size labels are different and runs small(er) with ASICS by quite a bit. However, if you go by CM, then it's more consistent. 27.5cm is consistent among all my shoes.OK, everything was great until I went for my first run. I'm low-arched and the Kayano should be great for me but within mybfirst 200m, I felt a slight pain starting in the outer-middle of my feet. Some call that area (5th metatarsal). I thought because the shoe was correcting my gait so I was feeling a bit of a discomfort.. but the truth is, I dont think there should be any pain at all.. - there is a harder support in the sole of the outer side of the shoe.Sadly, despite walking and testing a 6 min slow jog on treadmill, this didnt show up in-store. I guess my slower gait types (walking, semi-jog) are different from my actual jogs. The front upwards curvature was too much of a problemTLDR, shoes seem great but dont fork out so much if you cant be 100% they'll actually work for you.

Very happy with these shoes. The support for overpronating is just right (for me). And the cushioning is also just right for my daily runs.

Enjoyed the ease to order and receive, but the toes were too tight on these shoes.
