Wonderful! I had previously had the Kayano 28 which I found excellent for the support I needed. However the Kayano 30 far exceeded this for the amount of comfort and cushioning that it also afforded me. A marvellous shoe!

I am so thankful for the upgrade from nr 29. I bought other brands because 29 couldnt fit my foot. I have had gel Kayano for as long as I can remember. And now with nr 30 my feets that got destroyed for the last two years are now better again.

I've been running in these shoes for a few weeks now and absolutely LOVE them! They're so comfy, not what you would expect for 'stability' shoes and yet I feel like my ankles are fully supported when I run and definitely a joy to run in.

I've been running in these shoes for a few weeks now and absolutely LOVE them! They're so comfy, not what you would expect for 'stability' shoes and yet I feel like my ankles are fully supported when I run and definitely a joy to run in.
I was waking many kilometers as well as running in the city with the Gel Kayano 30, I must say it’s a gem! I’m not a huge fan of bouncy shoes so the new Kayano having more firm strides made me a lot more confident with my strides, not to mention it is super comfortable to wear for hours and hours. Really love the new look as well, now I started wearing these shoes casually and on my runs!
Gel Kayano 30 combines comfort and great support in an excellent way. The shoe is cushioned, comfortable and responsive. Perfect for distance running with some extra support. High quality!
Soft, stable, light and bouncy. These shoes are a dream to run in! Much more comfortable than the 29 - and (for me) they fit better across the toe box. I'm looking forward to clocking up some more miles in these. Fit wise - true to size (I do go up a full size from my regular shoe size)
The best shoes for my feet! I have never felt so much stability and comfort together. Also Gel Kayano 30 pushing me to go faster and lighter than before. Best choice!
I had mixed feelings when I first tried this shoe as I found it a bit more robust than others than I'm more used to. However, after a couple of runs now and one reaching the 10miles mark, I am really liking them and appreciating them a lot for the longer distances. The upper mesh fits perfectly and even the cushioning at the back of the ankle gives it that extra comfort that I miss on longer runs.
As a big Gel-Nimbus 25 fan, I wasn't sure whether I'd be sold with the Gel-Kayano 30. But after a 5k loop around the block, I will definity keep them for this type of run. I like the Nimbus for super slow, long runs, but these are perfect for those shorter runs where they don't feel quite as 'cloud like', but more reactive and supportive. They also look very cool, so will be my go to run-to-brunch shoes! I did have to go half a size bigger than the Nimbus.
The Kayano’s were my first ever serious running shoe. They’ve always been my favourite and still to this day think they’re the best stability trainers on the planet. The difference between the 29’s to 30’s is huge! The comfort, fit, and bounce of the shoe have improved massively. I can’t wait to put these on and run!I highly recommend these trainers for anyone that needs a stability shoe :)
