I have run between 125 and 150 miles in these shoes on primitive trails in a state park near my home. The shoes have functioned extremely well under tough circumstances. The additional cushioning greatly improves shock absorption; my legs have experienced far less fatigue as a result. The redesigned soles provide superior traction on muddy sections of trail. The outer surfaces of the shoe are tough, and can take a beating. The fit is great. The deep heel cup prevents the shoe from being sucked off when running through deep, thick mud. This is a great trail running shoe.

Trabuco 11 is my next model of perfect shoes for demanding trekking. Good grip, forced toe and hill to protect against hitting and potential front and heel of the feet damages. Comfortable enough to run/trek all day long demanding high mountain trails of different surface. Safaly large space in the front to keep swallen, fatigued feet. Speedy drying. My favourite model.

I've had model 9 of these shoes and found them great so I was drawn to them again. I like the grippy soles - I don't tend to do really technical trails but I do often train on wet grass and they grip really well. They are really comfortable and need no breaking in. I'm a UK size 4.5-5 in shoes and I sized up to a 5.5 and they fit well. The 5 might have been a good fit but I like plenty toe room to protect my toe nails. Would highly recommend these shoes.

I have had this pair of shoes for over a year now and have been extremely happy with them for that time. They are extremely stable, fit very well on the leg, stabilize the ankle and this provide the ability to move in quite difficult terrain, without the risk of injury. They are also well-cushioned, something that allows for long hikes and long distance travel with them. They are also very beautiful, which I believe many people will appreciate as their quality. I highly recommend anyone wondering whether to get these shoes to do so!
On my feet they fit perfectly, with a good roomy toe box which is a must for me to avoid toe bashing. The laces tied nicely (seems a daft thing to note but they’re not too short or long, and don’t slip once tied). The tongue of the shoe is also a shoe highlight for me- it’s soft, comfortable, and sits at a perfect height, and allows me to tie the laces tight and keep the top of my foot comfortable.The gel trabuco 11 really excelled in the muddy trails, providing good traction and propulsion up hills, and gave me good confidence descending in slippery conditions.I’m pretty confident in saying these are going to be my go to trail shoes for the next while
My second pair after I bought a Trabuco 10 (which I still use), although this one, compeltely in honey-mustard will be used not just on trails. The shoes seem to be sturdy, and trail runners do always have this advantage. The collar is a little bit wider than with the 10er, so this might be an issue when using insoles for running or orthopaedic reasons. Otherwise I'd say I enjoy wearing them. Compared to the Terra option I do not see added traction problems.
Pro's- connectivity to the ground, grip is amazing (these have been tested in the worst bog), roomy toe box, no movement when laced up, perfect drop for heel striker, comfortable, easy to clean, bright and colourful, good feedback when leaving the ground, lace tuck/tidy (no soggy or muddy laces)I'm struggling to find a con at the moment. These have tested on 5 very boggy parkruns so far and they have not disappointed me. Tested on mud, grass, sludge, road, gravel, stone and woodchuck. 5*
I bought these trail shoes online for the first time for Christmas after only purchasing kayanos over the years. Omg these trail shoes are oh so comfortable, stable and makes me feel confident with my running over all terrains. No more pins n needles, toes are very roomy and very comfortable across the top of the foot. I’ve been converted to trail shoes for all my running! Love them, feel confident I won’t fall on the trails again and can run longer with comfort! And they are a gorgeous style and colour!!! Love!!!!
