Asics is my go to brand for athletic shoes, but some of their lines are too narrow and uncomfortable on my wide feet. That is not the case with these Gel-Pulse 14 shoes. The toe bed is comfortable enough to accommodate the width of my foot, and there is good support throughout the shoe. I'm retired, but have a very active lifestyle. I can wear these all day without experiencing any foot pain. I'm happy to find another reasonably-priced Asics line to choose from, since my other favorite line is often sold out in my size.

The shoes offer good support, are light and comfortable; however, I really take issue w/the chintzy laces!! For the cost of what customers are paying for the shoes, can we at least get some decent laces?? The round laces that you see on hiking boots & trail shoes should be used as these running shoes get put on & taken off a lot! ASICS, please step up!

I ordered the Gel-pulse 14 from the outlet store, the first time I have ordered this way. They arrived very quickly and well packed. The trainers themselves are very comfortable and fit really well. I am a big ASICS fan as they have always suited my feet, but these are the spongiest soles I’ve ever had and feel really supported when walking/running. I also love the champagne/claret colour combo as it’s a bit unusual without being garish!!!! Really pleased with the shoes and the purchase process overall!
This is my second pair of these trainers. I have recently started classes at the gym and running. With other trainers I have issues with my heels, and legs I have no issues with these trainers. ASICS were recommended to me and I am very pleased with my purchases. I am just a beginner but so pleased. Great fit, very comfy and great support.
I recently purchased the Asics GEL-PULSE 14 women's running shoe and overall, I am very happy with my purchase. The shoes have great cushioning and support, making them comfortable to wear on long runs. However, I did notice a little bit of foot pain during the break-in period. Once the shoes were broken in, though, they fit perfectly and now feel great. I would recommend these shoes to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable running shoe.
I’ve had ASICS trainers for many years now and am never disappointed with the fit or the quality . One pair I use for everyday I’ve had for about 30 years and they are still in one piece . The ease of purchase and returns is easy although the sizing is a little confusing - ordering the same size as I already had was too small. But as I said returning was easy so it wasn’t a problem . Would definitely recommend
Love my new Asics trainers and would not buy any other brand for running. These are very stylish and really comfortable, fitting my feet like a glove. The trainers are extremely cushioned which is great for performance and they are so lightweight that you barely feel like you are wearing footwear. My previous running trainers were Asics and I am so happy that I decided to stick with the same brand. I certainly have not been disappointed with either pair I have purchased. I should also say that they are great value for money.
I bought these because I have the Gel-Pulse 13 and those fit fairly well. These are narrower than the GP-13, which is fine for me since I have narrow feet, but might not work for others. They also feel a tiny bit shorter, but that hasn't been an issue. I like the new heel on these - the GP-13 was rounded and kind of weird. This one works as a pull tab, but is padded. They don't have much arch support and I feel like the insoles have compressed over the last couple weeks and don't provide as much cushion - my feet get a little sore after a couple miles (I have walked ~3-4 miles per day in them the last 2 weeks). Overall, I like them though (probably a little better than the GP-13).
These trainers are a good basic shoe for short distance running. I was expecting them to be a bit more cushioned but they're fine. Nice wide toe area and like the heel lip at the back so they feel secure. Probably could have gone down half a size. I'm glad i got them but would probably want to spend a bit more if running for longer distances but as I'm only doing 5ks at the moment theyre fine.
