I normally buy the Kayanos but the toe area on the GEL Quantum 180 shoe looked like it had better reinforcement (Over time I tend to bust through the end of my shoes). But I’m having a hard time getting used to the shoe as it’s very narrow! It’s fine to walk in but running isn’t as comfortable as my Kayanos.

I don’t usually have issues with size and this feels like I went down a couple sizes it’s so extremely tight fitting… and this is without even a sock on, was hoping to find a new shoe brand for my long hours at work

I normally buy the Kayanos but the toe area on the GEL Quantum 180 shoe looked like it had better reinforcement (Over time I tend to bust through the end of my shoes). Looks great, feels great, but after 30 minutes they start hurting my feet, especially the left foot, to point like something is pushing hard on top/side Maybe i need to wear them in more to unstiff them or one shoe is narrow then the right? Only use for walking the dog short distance.
The shoes are lovely, but fit very small (I followed the measurements and should have fit my usual shoe size, but they are too tight). The heel is also very hard and after trying to wear them once I ended up with very large blisters on the back of my heels.
Written by my 15 yo ..... I'm really happy with these shoes. They are really comfortable, sturdy and will probably last a long time. The top material is stronger than many of these types of shoes. They look nice too and my friends admire them I am 15 so this is important! I run most days and they are great for this too! I swear by Asics shoes for running. Would recommend them highly!
These runner are super light weight and comfortable. Runners i have had in the past always felt bulky on the feet but these are perfect. I never had any discomfort wearing them nor felt like i needed to 'wear them in'. They are also super trendy, i love them.
Terrible shoe, uncomfortable and fell apart within a month. I have worn gel kayano’s for 5 years. I run approximately 20-30 km per week. My gel kayano’s last between 6-12 months even when I run in them outside frequently. I purchased these to try something different as I do have wide feet and kayano’s are a little narrow for me. These do not have the same support as kayano’s, I immediately got sore knees and feet. The shoes laces broke in the first month and by month two there was a hole in them. I would have returned them but we were stuck in the middle of lockdown and couldn’t go in store. I would not recommend.
I buy ASICS to wear as my nursing shoes, wouldn’t wear anything else. My recent purchase was my fourth pair of asics, they continue to support my feet, very comfortable and long wearing!
these shoes are so comfortable but do take a few wears and kms to wear in to fit your feet properly. They were orignially giving me a few blisters but now are very comfortable and i recommend.
