I have a similar model to this dishwasher (D5646ssxxl) and I have constantly had problems with the panel over the last 5 years. The panel repeatedly malfunctions and I have had it replaced 3 times already. Now, again it is not working and they are wanting to replace the panel again!!! I would not recommend buying this dishwasher or infact ASKO as they have been handballing me between the extended warranty and ASKO continually.BAD SERVICE AND UNRELIABLE DISHWASHER..

This is an excellent product from Asko. All metal baskets and arms, love the built in cutlery tray (makes it so much more flexible), the range of modes and options are very useful and it dries plastics better than any other dishwasher I've used. Would definitely recommend

Purchased just under 12 months ago and so far it has maintained a perfect record of never completing a cycle without going out on a random error. It's a piece of rubbish. They have persuaded the retail sailers to advertise for this. Don't waste your money on this machine which may or may not work. The piping is terrible and you need to open it up and check it every other time you use it. Full of common errors. The guarantee only covers the engine.
This is my second Asko dishwasher. The first was made in Sweden. There is lots of room for big platters and has a cycle for crystal which makes life easier. Incredibly quite.
We have used our machine now for almost 6 months and it's been a ripper!The rack layout holds plenty of dishes and the drying function is excellent with most things coming out dry without towelling off.We wanted a quiet machine as our kitchen/lounge/dining is in the same space and mostly you can't even tell it's operating.
It worked for 1 load I woke up to an error message at 3.20am. After following the error code procedure it didn’t clear. I phoned customer service and after not hearing from the first service provider I now haven’t heard from the second. Even after turning off water and electricity I have come home a day later to a flooded cabinet. The best service that I can receive is someone to call me in two days.Also please note when it states in the manual you can purchase casing you really can’t.
We purchased this dishwasher in the belief that it would be as good as previous dishwashers we have owned. We were wrong! New computer panel required, washer arm fell apart, rubber seals have come away from the door, numerous error codes that could only be re-set by an Asko Technician. Zero response from Asko following numerous complaints made . Save yourself the time and grief and buy something else.
I bought this a year ago nothing but problems, overfilling all the time, water supply is on very low and now is leaking water
i bought this product 5 months ago, the delivery was delayed for 8 weeks. lots of confusion as to when it could be delivered.after installed, the bottom panel stacked, i could not open the door. i had to call a plumber. then i have trouble to complete washing cycle due to errors. i requested service but not available until 1 week later. i am afraid i will have to handle wash dishes even though i have this big iron.
