I have not had a dryer now for over 3 years, because I hated my last one. This one I have had now 2 weeks and I got it mainly due to Brisbane having a lot of rain at the moment. This machine is a dream! As long as you read the instructions and use it correctly, I have not had one load that has needed extra minutes to dry it. If I am doing sheets I make sure I use bedding. If I am doing light cloths I make sure I use the cotton. I dont have room in my laundry at the moment to plumb to my drains. I use the water catchment in the machine and it is easy to empty after ever cycle.I was going to buy a cheaper Dryer and I am over the moon that I did not, worth every dollar!
