These are GOOD boots!!! These are my second pair of Finder boots. I have narrow feet and the fit of these boots is perfect. They do take a little time to break-in but I will keep buying these boots as needed. They are tough, very waterproof, and comfortable. I have had my first pair for three years, used for hunting only. I bought the second pair for new hunting boots. I now am warring the first pair to work due to the comfort and excellent waterproofing.

Lots of boot brands out there. I’ve tried some different ones that couple of purchases. I’ve been wearing mostly Asolo for probably more than 30 years and this pair did not disappoint. Great arch support and isolation from rough trail surfaces. Love ‘em.

I've worn Asolo hiking boots for thirty years. I've never been disappointed. Honestly this model of boot I've never worn before. I usually go with a all leather boot. So far they seem to be up to the great standard of boot that Asolo has always accomplished. I will always buy Asolo hiking boots. Thanks for your time. I also buy a new pair of running sneakers at least every two months so I will be doing business with Trekkin again!

Excellent

Light weight, very supportive, great fit, good traction. Importantly, I do not feel the points of sharp rocks when stepping on them. I have only about 20 miles on them so can’t discuss longevity.

Good Hiking Boots
21 July 2023

I purchased these boots via the web 3 years ago. They've been my go-to hiking boots for day hikes and backpack trips. Soles are starting to wear down...what do you expect after so much use! They are water-proof from my experience, no leakage from snow or water. They took about 5 hiking trips before i had them broken in to fit my foot. Currently considering buying another pair since I'm not having luck finding a boot resoler that has capacity. BTW - they can be sent back to Italy for refurbishment at the factory.

Leaks dirt and water
9 November 2020

I have about 60 miles or so on these so far this summer. I have previously worn the drifter or other Asolo models. All have been OK other than for the tops wearing through where the fabric meets the leather at the flex point. This pair is defective but I will tolerate them. The right boot leaks dirt and water on its left front although I do not see any hole. Certainly not waterproof. They are lighter and a bit roomier than the drifters I had and need the Sole insole and heavy socks to take up the room for my narrow feet. .Sole is thinner and more flexible than the drifter.

Nice solid boots
25 February 2023

I've had these boots for about a year and I really like them! I wanted something that was sturdy with a decent amount of ankle support, but still wearable and these definitely fit the bill. I'm a winter hiker and these have great insulation & do a decent job of keeping snow out, without getting too hot in the summer.

Similar to Revert GV
8 June 2021

These are a replacement for my four year old Asolo Revert boots. They are very similar and I am expecting the same excellent service that I have had with the Reverts. They are GV - goretex and vibram, like the Reverts. There are minor differences in the cuff but otherwise the boots appear identical to the Reverts. These are my fourth pair of Asolo boots and I have always been impressed with the quality.

True to experience
22 June 2024

I bought these about a week before our 2 week trip to Yellowstone, Glacier and Grand Tetons National Park. They were great for the most part. I broke them in wearing them at work throughout the week prior to leaving. I loved the way they looked and felt, but towards the end of the trip they did start getting uncomfortable. Now, I needed to lose about 40lbs before the trip and we hadn't done that much on your feet activity in a 2 week span in a while. The only reason, I was reluctant on giving a 5 star rating, was I believe they cheaped out on the most pivotal buckle of the boot, which is the transition to go up the leg. Other than that it performed well.
