It works great. The BIOS itself is also feature-rich. It works great with Linux. Fedora recognized everything. I'm running it with a 27inch 4K monitor.
This board only works with specific ram. So make sure to check first because the ripjaw I bought for it was not compatible.
What a clownshow. Order cancelled because the item is actually not available in stock. This happens far too often.
Don't listen to the person giving this 1 star because the M.2 slot doesn't work. In many cases you need to go into UEFI/BIOS and adjust M.2 drive settings for it be visible. Even if they happened to purchase a bad board that doesn't mean all or most of them will have the same issue. I've used this same board in about 10 builds due to it having built in WiFi & Bluetooth and also being a great price and haven't had any issues with any of them. And yes I used M.2 drives in all of them. The only way to go these days in my opinion. Great board overall for the price.
Glad I bought it but I feel I could have gotten a similar performance board with similar features for a much lower price. Still very good if you don't want to have trouble with wifi adapters.
Recommended as it's worth the price and it serves mt requirements just fine. If you are looking for more fan/RGB headers or high end vrms go for Z series!!??
First time builder, this motherboard made it easy. everything hooked up quickly and worked from the get go. Wireless works perfectly, currently using the wifi 5g as my main connection
It performed well while I have base clocked ram, as soon as I upgraded and overclocked the board died because the vrms couldnt handle it. Overall, a great board for a base pc.
I built a cheap PC build with this motherboard and it's awesome. It allows for upgrades in the future and has 4 slots for ram. I'm using the ryzen 5 1600 AF but this board can go all the way to 3000 series if necessary.
