I used to pull over to a Service Station to pump up my tyres, especially as they rear-left tyre has a slow leak. My car can sit in the garage for a week so better to inflate the tyres prior to driving off and dealing with the inconvenience of visiting a Servo and some inconveniencing members of the public.I researched tyre inflators through Youtube and online reviews and this one won based on:- High ratings- Easy to use- Fast inflation- Cables can be packed into unit so no nothing floating around.I just put it into the spare tyre section of the boot/trunk.

This is a great little inflator. Comes with all adapters and on board storage for them which is good. Bought mainly to inflate balls and pools and does the job brilliantly. Has a light in it to for when it’s getting darker or your caught with a flat tyre at night. Can’t comment on durability but looks like it will last. I’d recommend

After our local filling station doubled the price for pumping up the car tyres from 50p to £1 and not inflating the tyres properly - they were all different pressures which triggered the low pressure alarm in the car (Peugeot 207CC) and my old pump had failed, we decided on this air compressor. You pre-set the pressure you want, in our case 34psi and it pumps the tyres up quickly and efficiently and stops automatically when the correct pressure is reached.I also received a very nice email from the seller informing me that the compressor is under warranty for 2 years and thanking me for my purchase - a very nice touch, thank you. Everything tucks neatly into the pump so no trailing hoses or wires. The device works quickly and the gauge seems accurate - and allows me to use bar as well as psi. There are warnings about not too much continuous use, but I was able to pump up all four of my car tyres without any overheating. The device comes with some other nozzles (for bike tyres etc), and it looks as if you could store them in the cavity at the back (see picture) but you can't: it's not quite big enough and there's no lid, so they would just fall out. I ended up putting them in a separate container in my car. It seems an odd ommission.

I bought this for my partner, especially as we approach winter… The first thing we did was try it out on the offending tyre, and after setting the pressure on the pump it stopped at exactly at what we had set it at 32psi… However after checking the tyre pressure with another trusted the gauge it was 1lb out. So we reset the pump to 33psi which actually gave us the correct 32psi. For the money I didn’t expect perfection but it is more than adequate for our requirements. It also comes with a fitted led light for night time use, but the air hose could do with being slightly longer. All in all it gets 4 stars from us.

This portable tyre inflator is a fantastic tool. It’s not very loud, inflates tyres quickly, and is incredibly reliable. The compact design makes it easy to store and carry, and it consistently delivers excellent performance. Highly recommended for anyone needing a dependable tyre inflator on the go!

Nice to be able to set the required pressures, and easy to do. The auto cut-off is very handy as well. The clip on nozzle is better - in my opinion- to the screw-on type which usually lets out too much air both in screwing on and off. The trouble in reviewing this sort of kit is that it's not likely to used very much (unless you regularly drive over broken glass and nails) but on the whole it seems to be fine and it's not too difficult to stow the charging cable although it's not ideal. Even better was that it only cost me £13 with a couple of discounts. Four stars only because who knows how long it will last?

Not sure why they had to pump things up by adding AI to the end of it, but this thing definitely pumps up tyres.So far it has re-inflated the back left from 21 to 33PSI and the front right from 28 to 34 PSI. Digital gauge seems to be fairly accurate and matches what the garage is telling me about consistent slow punctures (I've had them repaired now don't worry.)Bit noisy, and cable should have been about 5 metres longer to allow me to get in a mess walking around the car with it.
