Computer is cheaply built. Came broken tried to get replaced by company and they refused to even return it. They recommend me taking it to a repair shop. Hinges are made of plastic and screws holding bottom of computer on are stripped. Computer is not reparable. Do not recommend buying from this seller. Now seller won’t answer email.

My old laptop desperately needed to be replaced. Broken touch screen and used it to death. Personal home, music engineering, work in several industries. Then, I had no choice when a glass of water spilled in it. I did a lot of looking and bought this little gem. Fast, tons of memory. I've had it for just about a week now and I have to say, it's a whole different world. Easy to upgrade to Windows 11 (another story, but it is everything that 10 is not). I know I made the best choice. The value can't be beat ! No need to look any further.

Bought this for my partner for Christmas, and he loves it so far. Very neat and crisp looking, especially for the price. Since it was on sale, I was a little worried about how small it was actually going to be, but once we opened it, to my surprise it was a lot bigger than I expected. The quality of it all was great and I would definitely recommend this to others for their first lap top, to use for school or just a lap top to have for personal use. Pictures and videos look amazing as well. Very easy to turn on and set up. Definitely user friendly! We have only had it open for a couple of days but everything looks great so far! Will update review if anything out of the ordinary decides to happen!

Still getting used to it as it only arrived three hours ago, easy to set up but it takes a while. Windows 11 is there to download straight away. A bit slow on getting apps I want but that might be my wifi? Lovely big screen and not the lightest of laptops but mine is only for indoors. So far so good, it's definitely a keeper. Nice looking and does what I need it to, wish men were the same! Lol Definitely recommend.
Do not buy this laptop unless you want to pay for Microsoft 365 for the rest of your life. Once you register and accept the licensing agreement, you're stuck with Bing and advertising pop-ups every few minutes, no matter how you adjust the settings. The "free" 1-year subscription to Microsoft 365 Personal is not free. Office apps will not work unless you pay an additional $69.99-$99.99 upfront.
I am not a heavy laptop user, I wanted something for word processing, basic work from home, general Internet access etc. (Not gaming, streaming, high-functioning apps etc). Its fine for basic school work, for typing, browsing web, spreadhaeets and so on, however it is a but slow and laggy at times. I found my Microsoft apps kept making the screen flicker, in the end I had to download a new driver to make it work which is a nightmare as Microsoft blocks apps that aren't approved. Some popular apps don't work on this. So for light usage it's fine but anything more intense it won't cope, great for school work or Microsoft Office. The
Don't buy these laptops. I bought 5. They have had nothing but problems within a few weeks of having them. The hinges within a few weeks will seperate from the chasis and you wont be able to close the laptops without further breakage. The company refunded half of the purchase price for the issue. After half a year of use after that, the bottoms get extremely hot and the cord on the chargers have split causing a potential fire/shock hazard. I had to use electrical tape to cover the exposed wires on all 5 chargers. Will have to go and buy new laptops.
This small 8G RAM and 128 G storage with solid state drive laptop is a surprised gift to myself. I bought it for my study and work but I do not like the laptop too big and heavy, finally I found this one, just a good fit to a lady, thin, light, tiny and fast. Also the price is so reasonable and the system run smoothly. I will recommend it to someone else when needed.
I purchase this laptop last year and it was shipped out defective. I had a hard time getting Asus and Fingerhut to replace the motherboard. Once I got it taken care of, Fingerhut sends me a new "refurbished" Laptop not the ish is moving very slow and the mouse doesn't work. I used the laptop only 5 times so I can play my game but it never loaded I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A LAPTOP FROM FINGERHUT.
Was able to set up laptop. Once setup, the bottom 1/3 of the screen turned black and started flashing. Returned item at the store and purchased the same model. Got it home and set up, same thing. Will be driving back to store for return and to purchase a different laptop. Would not recommend.
