Please don't buy this phone, it has a lot of problems. Please save your money. Asus promised me a refund because it was a faulty phone but I never received it.. I have to keep begging them to even reply to my mail. The worst customer support you'll ever come across. I took a loan and bought this phone during the month of May, I hardly used it for 1 month.. Till now m suffering.. please don't even think of buying this phone.. not only mine but a lot of Rog 5 is facing the same issues.. please don't waste your money.. M rating this 1 star because they don't have an option for 0..

Almost Perfect Service and Responsive

Overall, it is a great gaming phone runs great and from these company they are selling legit ROG 5, and also shipping was fast instead of 9 days it cutted down to 4days which is nice,although they did not sent all accessories when buying an rog 5 phone in a box excluding (aeroactivecooler 5 and kunai gamepad) and forgot about the sim ejector exclusively for rog phone 5. I did sent them an email about that and they respond immediately which is nice and immediately sent out the sim ejector. Everybody on Youtube saying ASUS ROG is scam! discussion:- My ROG phone 5 suddenly turned off and is not starting ever since!! AND it's only been 2 months old. Don't waste Money on Asus Brand! Wasted 50k support won't reply for a month, service center will insist it's a display damage.. but it's not and they take out valuable personal info,passwords! Never buying Asus again .. they showed thier true colour! Mark my words ,it will happen to you ! Be safe

Asus rog phone 5 a burning mess

Probably the most powerful phone out there, everything is top specs, event he camera feels nice almost compareable to Samsung and Apple.The biggest issue however, it overheats like mad, while playing Genshin Impact this phone managed 60º+ topping at a 63º i saw with my own eyes, probably got hotter but i didnt see it in the meter. it actually feels bad to hold the phone when it runs this hot, even with the latest active cooler it barely helped still reaching near 60º's...I almost considered refunding it, but ill try it for a while, the warranty lasts 2 years, if it burns itself out before then i can get a replacement, sell it and get another phone.

Smartphone Asus rog phone 5S is really cool. I have not seen such high-quality photos in any phone. Night mode is simply amazing, absolute sharpness in complete darkness. Capacious battery. Unfortunately, it does not work with CDMA networks - Verizon in USA. I am very happy with this phone.

Pro gamer phone

Loads faster than my wife's iPhone 12 Pro Max. Air triggers work on point and are a great aid when gaming. Not sure if its a feature, but apparebtly it remembers your screens brightness whenever you open a game. Great graphics, little to no lag. Camera is definitrly better than my wife's iPhone 12 pro max. Fast charging actually takes about 40 minutes to fully charge my phone from 5%. Finger scanner does not work with any screen protector I've tried so far, but it does have face recognition. Also, it arrived two days before expected.

Rog 5

The phone is great. It's sharp fast and battery life is great. My issues so far is just that it does have some weight to it. It is heavier than my one plus 7pro, and the other issue I have if the little rubber flap over the 2nd charge port, I lost the first one within a day, luckily it came with a replacement one. The camera is actually good, it is better than my OnePlus. Looking forward to seeing the true potential of this phone. Also the charging is super fast!!!!

Very disappointed with ROG 5. Never gonna trust Asus again

I just got Rog 5 256gb like a month back, after 10 days my sim slot stopped working and took it to service station. They said it will take a week and repaired it. i took it back home again it stopped working and air triggers were not working. Again i gave it to service station they changed it again and gave it to me but air triggers they couldn't fix. And again the problem occurred now im soo frustrated with my phone i just wanna throw it. They don't give you a new phone also even if you have major problem. Very disappointed.

That too after much fanfare.3 After four months the camera stopped working. front rear camera not working4 And don't know the warranty is of 1 year. Its over in 6 months.5 Can't even get you to fix your camera in warenty6- It was fine till now, now another problem has come!The speaker that is far from the front speaker turns off. You can't even talk on the phone because the speaker gets switched off. piece of crap phone.

I have had this phone for 1 month. I had just finished a phone call the screen was black and would never come back on I could not even tell if it hung up. I called Walmart they said that someone would contact me within 48 hrs, that was Thursday this is Monday on email yet.no contact . the phone is out of stock. Just give me my money back so i can get another phone and go on with my life. I have never dropped bumped or in any way damaged the phone. I just need a phone that works.no more ASUS phones for me this is the second one that has done this to me. if i could have given it 0 stars i would but i had to give it 1 just to give the review.
