Scan are the best. I actually ordered more than just this motherboard in the end, also a 7600. I had issues with a seperate purchase of a 7600x on a seperate very large ecommerce site... and lets just say the difference in delivery and service was levels better with scan. At the time it was not clear whether the mobo or cpu was at fault, so contacting each provider to go through what options were for returns was an effort but alot easier with scan. The 7600 that i had ordered to replace worked perfectly, was delivered in good time too. Overall i just wished i had bought my whole upgrade package from them and in future i would definitely do this rather than saving a few quid elsewhere.

Fanatic solid motherboard. I recently decided to build a new gaming PC with the new AM5 platform from AMD. This was the best decision going for this board. Paired it with the Ryzen 7 7700 CPU. Simple to set up and everything worked first time. My case has a lot of RGB so the armoury crate software from Asus was easy to use and synced all the lighting across all the components. A decently priced board with all the connections and features I could ever need.
I took the decision to upgrade to the new AM5 platform coming from AM4 and SFF too. The features and the price have blown me away. This board has all the little things you miss coming from SFF but the amount of M.2 slots and the fact that one of them is Gen 5 makes believe I've got at least a couple more generations of cpu upgrades before a new mobo.

Bit pricey for what it is though, as there are cheaper similar spec'd motherboards which can be slightly better depending on your needs. I claimed The Last of Us Part 1 which is ~£50 & got Starfield (~£60) free with the CPU purchase.Updated the BIOS as this limits the CPU voltages to prevent damage, I'm sure you've heard this being reported. Easy to do via the BIOS flashback utility, you don't even need the CPU or RAM installed, just hook up the power cables and with a USB drive with the update file inserted in the "BIOS USB port"...hold the Flashback ... The quick release button for the GPU slot is a nice addition. There's no CMOS reset buttton on the rear I/O BUT the CMOS battery is easy to access to remove and reset BIOS the "old skool way".Has 60A VRM and a 6 layer PCB, no 5.0 PCI-E slot for GPU so it's inferior to the ROG B650E-F Gaming. Which is 80A and 8 layer, also has more USB ports on the rear I/O. That's a more expensive board though and getting near to X670E board pricing.Overall I'm happy with it. No current GPU makes use of PCI-E 5.0 anyway and it could handle a better CPU than the 7700 I chose.
Doesn’t allow me to use two sticks of ram in dual channel mode as it won’t recognise them. When I first started it the system wouldn’t boot as the it didn’t recognise the ram so I had to install old bios then new ones to finally get it to recognise the ram but not in dual channel. This may be fixed in future bios updates . Just an annoying motherboard but works after some work some pins were also a little bent …
