The AxialTech fans spin on dual ball bearings and have been enlarged to move 31% more air through the card, setting the stage for lower temperatures, less noise and higher performance. The two side fans rotate anticlockwise to minimise turbulence and maximise air distribution through the heatsink. All three fans come to a stop when GPU temperatures are below 50 Celsius, so you can play less demanding games or perform light tasks in relative silence. The fans restart when the temperature is above 55°C, using a speed curve that balances performance and acoustics for work and play.
