I'm no techno wizard but I love this system! Super simple to set up, broad range and fast. There is seamless connection in between rooms and the wifi doesn't falter. My whole family agrees with there is a pick up speed from our old router. The wireless feature of it for simply placing the other boxes in other rooms are stylish, out the way and great. Fast speed, mostly wirelessly and simple, what more can you ask for in a wifi setup. I definitely recommend!

I am very impressed with how well this Wifi system works. First time using multiple Wifi routers throughout home and so far I have no complaints. This system is very easy to set up in the app, it connects quickly to my modem. The connection speed is very fast and I no longer have dead zones. The router is just the right size and the white color will go with many decors. Commercial grade security features are included so you never have to worry when accessing the internet. These routers connect quickly to my outdoor security cameras, before using this system I had Wifi connection issues. This system offers fast speeds and lots of range, I highly recommend.

I have a three story home and my WiFi just wasn’t getting everywhere in my home. I have my modem and router set up on the main level, in the middle, and it still wouldn’t reach well. The ZenWiFi XD5 has been the perfect solution for our home. Our WiFi now reaches all parts inside and even can get WiFi outside now. It states up to 5000 sqft of coverage, I didn’t measure, but it goes farther than expected!It’s super simple to set up. One plugs into your modem. The two others you can put where you need extended coverage. I mounted my other two on the wall (comes with what you need for mounting) upstairs and downstairs. The mesh router is exactly what I never thought I needed. We have a generic router, but this works so much faster! We initially put one in the living room and watched speeds jump up so fast! No more lagging channels or buffering. Then we figured we would put one in the office and one in the gym, both of which we use phone/computer/internet often. It took a few minutes for those rooms to find the routers and swap. Once it did, it shows up as their own separate connections. We did this so that way our phones don't slow down other activities. This Asus ZenWifi XD5 does an amazing job at covering my home and maintaining super fast WiFi speeds and low latency. I really like how easy this WiFi unit was to set up, and how it comes with two additional mesh nodes to spread out the WiFi throughout my house. I haven’t had any issues with loss of coverage or dead zones, and I’m achieving the speeds advertised by my internet provider. I am loving this product so far! Although I pay for fast internet, I have concrete walls and it just will not reach to the bedrooms. Upon setting up the XD5 system, every device in every room works flawlessly! The setup is super simple. You connect to your current WiFi network through an app and simply place the devices where you want them! It took less than 10 minutes! They are small and do not take up much space at all. The design is very nice and blends in with room decor. You are able to setup parental controls, if needed, and name each device so you know which one is where. In the app, you can see which devices are dedicated to each XD5 device. This system solved my internet issues and I couldn’t happier!
After using multiple different mesh WiFi systems, I can confidently say that the ASUS ZenWiFi is one of my favorites. It was super simple to setup - just downloading the app and following the setup prompts - in fact, the hardest part was deciding where each mesh spot should go in my house. Each spot was able to plug in and connect to the others with no conflict. I even was able to set up my new network using my old WiFi name and password so my devices all were able to stay on WiFi without having to go into every devices settings. Now I have excellent connection to WiFi where ever I am in my home with no dead zones or spots where I struggle to stay connected. Awesome product that helps you stay connected!
I was gifted this Asus ZenWifi XD5 Wifi System in exchange for my honest review. I live in an average 3 bedroom 2 story home and our basic wifi just wasn't cutting it in every part of our home, especially upstairs. It would lag, look fuzzy, buffer often, and fail to load more times than not. I suppose that has something to do with the countless cell phones, gaming systems, TV's, and God knows what else connected to the basic wifi system we had. This many devices connected couldn't have helped speed things up I couldn't imagine. So, this WiFi system was necessary but not something we had thought of purchasing often but I highly recommend it. It has helped speed our wifi up tenfold and provides a great connection from corner to corner in every direction.
