If you're going to go with NAS, recommend you know your networking, and also that your primary network is wired Ethernet. Be prepared for tinkering and troubleshooting. I recently purchased this Asustor and installed two 20TB drives in RAID 1 to replace 2 RAID boxes that I was using to store large digital files. I wish I would have bought this box a year ago when I bought the 2 RAID boxes, but couldn't at the time. Installation was easy, and there are PLENTY of Youtube vids that guide you through basic and advanced setup. Since it has 3 USB 3.0 ports, I plugged in the 2 existing RAID boxes to use as backup destinations for the files I transferred to the Asustor. This box is AWESOME!!! I HIGHLY recommend it!!!
