I’m trying to stay away from eating a ton of carbs for a couple months so I decided to see what Atkins has to offer. I rarely buy products that are low carb because they usually have a weird aftertaste. I saw these and they look like a snickers substitute so I grabbed a box. I had NO HOPE for these bars but, OMG, I was/am surprised. They are soooooo good in my opinion. The main difference there’s bars and snickers is the sweetness. These bars have 1g of sugar and 2g of net carbs. The bars are smaller but at 2g of net carbs, having 2-3 wouldn’t be a bad thing. My ONLY complaint is the price. On Amazon a 10pkg is $12. They are small so $12 for 10 is a lot in my opinion.

Ever since my spouse was diagnosed with diabetes I have tried to find things he can consume without increasing his glucose. The Atkins Caramel Nut Chew bars are as close to a Snickers bar as you can get and they do not taste like cardboard. : ) So my spouse says : ) They really are fantastic! Just wish they were larger for what they cost.

They are great for me and my son who have to watch our carb and sugar intake everyday. So they are amazing to have when all the other treats around are not a very good selection for people with prediabetes or who want to just have a treat that is like others that are just as good if not better. I personally and my son also really love these! So I give them five stars for the taste and goodness of them ! I give them a two star rating for the price. But thank you for these very good treats we do appreciate them.
I bought these on a whim, not expecting much since I've tried a bunch of these low carb bars and there is always something I don't like about them, whether it's an odd texture or chemically taste. These however are amazing. I didn't know they would taste exactly like a Snickers bar when I bought them, but they do. Even with the sugar alcohols I can't taste anything weird or off, they somehow actually made a low carb bar taste good. However I have to limit myself to one/day otherwise my stomach will hate me :\ They are a little pricey but worth it!

This Atkins Caramel Nut Chew Bar is the ultimate Snickers bar alternative. This bar was super tasty for a low carb option. You do feel the artificial sweetness quite a lot but i am used to it.The quality of the chocolate has nothing to do with a Leonidas chocolate for example but for a high protein low carb treat it's pretty good.The flavor of caramel, nuts and chocolate are well balanced. The chocolate is on the darker side.Texture was really nice too, rather soft and chewy with a few crunchy peanuts and some gooey caramel.A very convenient and tasty low carb snack!
my husband loves these. i, however, can't eat them at all because they are made with maltitol. maltitol is one of the least expensive sugar alcohols that are used to replace standard sugar. it can causr very serious gastrointestinal discomfort ranging from severe bloating to diarrhea. i can't even eat one bite of it. it would be wonderful if they would make them with stevia, monk fruit, erythritol or a combination of any two of these sweeteners. the 4 stars are for my husband, i would give them a 1 star.
