Great product dissolves nicely. Needs to be available in 1kg tub as the 500gram is a waste of plastic use

Amazing stuff

I love this creatine, I have it in my protein shakes and it shakes up well. This creatine lasts a long time and I have it everyday. definitely would recommend if you are wanting to build muscle faster.

Can't go wrong with creatine in its pure form like this.

Micronized so it blends (or shakes up) well with water, milks or juices. Cheaper brands available though, when in stock and just as good. I take a teaspoon everyday in almond milk or water, whether I go to the gym or not. I do think it helps build muscle, helps get over any DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) quickly. Companion supplement Glutamine goes well with it but is harder to dissolve so I put them both into a blender with other ingredients and make a protein rich smoothy. Glutamine boosts cell repair, I think it also helps with recovery and lessens DOMS impact.

Good product. I mix with unflavoured HCP protein and water before a workout. Easy to drink.

Great product, mixes easily - what you would expect

Simple and proven Creatine Mono. And lots of it. My use was for endurance/rowing. I found it mixes easily and the results on the rowing machine were noticeable. Cycled 5 days on, 3 days off, 7 days on, then 4 weeks off. During cycling I gained about 5 kg. After 2 weeks of the off period that weight had fallen away again.
