This supplement is worth the investment. It has helped me with my knee pain and is easy to mix into my smoothies., the pineapple taste is great.
Nice with milkshake flavor or a heaped spoon of coffee, will buy it again.

Injured my hip (cartilage tear), surgeon mentioned it was an injury that can heal itself with time, tried Jolt and within 2-3 weeks I was off the prescribed painkillers I'd been taking for 5mo. Will be getting another MRI before having surgery in case it's actually healed itself. Highly recommend if you're in a similar situation.
