It's a great turntable if you're a casual vinyl collector or just starting out and want something that's better quality and way better sounding than the Crosley and Victrola little suitcase record players. In the long run it is also easier on your vinyl after repeated plays then a suitcase player. It has a magnetic cartridge that is permanently attached but you are able to replace the stylus (needle) as needed. The auto start and stop functions make playing a record very easy. THe bluetooth function works and connects really well. I remember watching my grandpa or grandma pick a record put it on and dance I'm the kitchen or living room together. They loved each other so much. I was pretty little when they passed away bit I held that memory close. It was cool to be able to bring a piece of that memory into my home. I believe in the right to repair and it would only be beneficial to let customers have this knowledge be publicly available and included in the manual.THE PRODUCT ITSELF IS MOSTLY GOOD THOUGH. If you are not an idiot like me, you will mostly likely have a good experience with this turntable. despite the rpm issue, everything else was great with playback. Though I will say, it seemed to speed up and slow down very slightly at points so be careful of that. It does it's job, but personally, mostly due to my experience, I would recommend getting something a little bit more expensive that will last much longer and is more modular so that if something does ever go wrong, you can easily fix/replace the part without needing to return the entire product.

Note that I was testing it via Bluetooth, which I know also has an impact on sound quality.-Lack of modularity - I would have loved if it was easier to upgrade various parts of the turntable (like the cartridge/stylus, the mat, deck, pre-amp, etc.) over time so this turntable could grow with me, but it seems like it might be more of a full system and I'd just need to get a new turntable entirely if I wanted to upgrade later. That's fine, especially given the price point, but might make it less exciting in the long run.

It sounds amazing! I’m just using a Bluetooth speaker for now but it can be wired directly to speakers for a richer sound as well. I’m very pleased with it!
