Best earplug I’ve tried, sound proof and slip proof stay in the ears throughout the night.
Some other ear plugs I bought were rated at 38SNR db reduction. These are 37, which may seem worse but don't be fooled. In the attenuation data I found that the 38snr ear plugs reduced hrtz frequencies in the very high range (2000-8000) but less so in the normal to low ranges (<1000). These ear plugs reduce the lower/normal soundfrequencies to a higher degree, resulting in a better ear plug for reducing the sound of talking, walking, things clanking ect... Overall, they are much better for sleeping and general sound reduction because they are more effective at reducing the sound frequencies that matter.
I bought these a week ago because the sound reduction rate is apparently higher than my 3M ear plugs. I've used them at work and public transport and the 37dB claim is a load of rubbish. They definitely take the edge off, but not by much.
I’ve tried using these to sleep, as our neighbors dog is a constant barker. Unfortunately these didn’t make much difference
