Let me count the ways. 1: the smell of grapefruit is fragrant and fresh and lifts my spirits 2: the price for this oil is super reasonable 3: the aura cacia brand is one of the most responsible essential oil companies around. They advocate for safe usage of their oils unlike companies such as doterra and young living. Aura cacia takes safety seriously and that is why I am a loyal customer. I use many of their oils for my moods, and I love the skin care line as well. The grapefruit tangerine room mist is heaven in an atomizer.

Grapefruit essential oil has great benefits for the scalp. It makes it less oily and keeps your hair fresh longer. Also the gentle and unobtrusive scent of your hair will be delicious!I'm using it in oil hair masks or just with the shampoo - 3-4 drops will do for 1 wash.Also, if you want you hair shine, you can add 3 drops of this grapefruit essential oil to 500 ml of water and rinse your hair with it after shower.I understand that everybody has different type of hair and for some this product might not work. But don't be sad! You still can use it for aromatherapy, or as a healthy fragrance for body/clothes/home. Just mix it with a small amount of water in something like a perfume bottle and sprinkle whatever you want with it.

I use this essential oil mixed with jojoba oil to massage on tummy and thighs to reduce water retention and to firm the skin. It is citrus in scent. It is said to reduce cellulite when I googled. The quality is goodand pure.. so I take it orally...3 drops in water once in a while to purge some gases in the stomach.
