This dehumidifier is excellent. Ordered from Healthy Habit during a time of Sydney floods. Most Sydney based companies sold out. I ordered and was delivered very shortly after.Highly recommended for service and product.I currently recommend this company and product to family, friends, colleagues.

It's reasonable light, portable and easy to move about on the castors. The tank will hold one or two days of water depending on the humidity. It does shut off automatically if the water in the tank comes close to the top. Noise level is acceptable. We do not have it in the bedroom but the walk in closet near the bedroom and it does not interrupt our sleep.

Had a mouldy ensuit bathroom last winter. Bought the 25L (probably too big for the job) and it does a brilliant job keeping our bathroom dry and warm (if you turn it on early). Handy machine to keep around the house. No regrets!Healthy habitats crew were friendly and accomodating over the phone. Delivery to our door came within a week. Pretty happy with the service
My home is very old and was built without much consideration for damp. This is exacerbated by having the old kitchen converted to a bedroom allowing water to soak into the old chimnney without the benefit of an operating combustion stove to keep it dry. I had severe mould issues throughout the home. I purchased this dehumidifier as it is a refrigerated unit and said to operate at low ambient temperatures (and it does). When delivered the unit had a minor issue possibly caused by rough handling by the courier. I contacted Ausclimate direct and they sorted it out in record time. I've now had the unit a few months, when received it was very rainy and now temperatures are in the minus overnight. The unit ran continiously initially condensing so much moisture out of the air that I got fed up with emptying the ample condensate container and ran the drain line that was included with the unit. After it had removed the moisture from the home it now only cuts in and out as required. If your home isn't awash I wouldn't worry about running a drain and just use the condensate container in the machine as it's a good size. I have no mould issues inside my home now despite the ground under the house still being full of moisture and the presence of the hearth/ chimney acting as a wick pulling moisture up from the ground and down from the chimney. Great Product, Great Manufacturers support - I'd buy another Ausclimate unit in a heartbeat if I required one.
Purchased this dehumidifier to get on top of some moisture issues and it’s done a great job so far. Easy to manoeuvre around, seems decently powerful for its size and not insanely noisy. Shipping from HH was quick too and I expected more of a delay given the demand for dehumidifiers at the time. Only feature that would be great on this model would be an inbuilt timer. Overall, very happy with purchase.
The Ausclimate NWT Medium+ 25L Dehumidifier was not my first choice as a dehumidifier, however, due to supply chain logistics this was available. That said, I could not be happier. The dehumidifier works very well and has been used a lot since its arrival (delivery and pick up of old dehumidifier was great thanks). Reviews I read prior to purchase indicated that this could be a little noisier than some other brands, but we have been impressed with the quiet operation and efficient extraction of moisture from the air. Great buy!
This product is life changing for me. I live on a ground floor apartment with a garden and heaps of plants. My neighbour has massive trees on my side of the fence. With the constant rain we’re getting i knew i needed a dehumidifier to get rid of excess moisture and slightly damp smell. My sister recommended Appliance Online and I immediately jumped on to the website. purchased this product based on the positive reviews. On first use I couldn’t believe the amount of moisture/water it collected! I keep it running for a few hours when working from home and i can say the atmosphere has improved significantly. This is a great investment if you want to keep your home mould free.
I live in an apartment and I bought this specifically for the main bathroom which is poorly ventilated. My wife's hot showers would cause steam to be dripping from everything and mould to build up.The bathroom is nice and dry when this machine is running, with approximately 1/3rd of the 4L tank filled during showers. I set it at 40% humidity and it turns itself off when it senses that level.It's not bad looking, and portable. Simple settings and easy to use. I wish I bought this years ago.
Bought this in anticipation of the next rainy summer after dealing with mould issues last summer. Great sized unit that seems to be doing the job exactly as promised. I’m using the continuous and also low humidity settings to dry down rooms and emptying the tank regularly as it is taking so much water out of the air and presumably the walls! Happy customer.
