The quality of the hose is good however I'm using this in combination with a Zodiac Baracuda G4 and even after flushing the hose with hot water to get it untangled (which worked well) the hose is still too stiff for the Zodiac to find its way freely through the pool. It might work better with a heavier robot cleaner but not with the Baracuda.

Having some issues getting the hose "uncurled" to allow the "crawly" to move freely around the pool. Not serious, the sun will solve the problem eventually.
