We also use the online recipes but it's great to have something that has something for every occasion and it's there for you when you're offline and out in the bush. What we love is the simplicity of all of the recipes and the fact that they use ingredients that can always be sourced. For a great meal or entertaining any time, anywhere, whether using imperial or metric measurements, you can time it perfectly and spice it perfectly with the easy combo of the Australia's Own Cookbook for the Weber Q and any one of the Q family BBQ's.

We bought this book expecting it to be a good basic introduction to cooking on our Weber Q in Australia.There is just 1/2 page of information on cooking techniques! Which tells you to refer to the booklet that came with your Weber Q purchase! I would not recommend this book . Has a few interesting recipes but otherwise is poor value for the money.

Great book with loads of AUSSIE recipes. It's great because the book is all about Australian cooking in Weber Q, with easy recipes that anyone can follow step by step. Cheers Phil
It’s a great book for an introduction to Weber cooking and has some great ideas and tricks
Cons: Misleading title is “convection tray”. This product is a box of 10 thin disposable foil trays. They hold absolutely no weight at all. Cheap rubbish.
I have used many of the recipes shown in the book, they were certainly delicious, good illustrations and instructions to follow linked to the components of the Weber. Many enjoyable meals.
As this cooking concept is new to me, I found the cookbook invaluable in telling me what I could create on my new Weber Baby Cube. I love the Baby Cube and am excited to create the recipes in the Cookbook.
Its ok with a few nice recipes in there, could be much better with more roasts, meats and sauces etc. One "recipe" is literally a grilled donut, like buy a donut cut in half and grill. The bbq's are capable of so much more, every other Weber product is of exceptional quality but this cookbook is a bit of a let down, especially when compared to books like the Weber Bible which is fantastic.I was hoping for a bit more clarity on things like time/temp but even that's pretty vague.Its ok but could be so much better.
This book is beautifully produced, with lots of delicious looking photos. The recipes are uncomplicated and mostly quick. Can't wait to try some on my Baby Weber. Thank you
