Great value for money as it retails around £15 Boots, however I’ve been using Aveeno products for 10+ years and this is not Aveeno cream it is the moisturising lotion. Aveeno cream is thicker and this is not. I don’t know if it’s just in the wrong bottle or whether it’s deliberately trying to be sold as cream seeing as it’s a cheaper price. It’s disappointing as I wanted the cream and so won’t get it again, but for the price it is I’m not complaining.

I’ve been having very dry skin since we begun wearing masks. My cheeks and general mask area have been very dry. I picked this up a few days ago at CVS and I’m so pleasantly surprised. I needed something with as little chemicals as possible…most moisturizers are scented and irritate my eyes but this doesn’t! It cuts right to the chase and does what it meant to do. It doesn’t get oily when out in the sun. Has made my skin so soft. Why didn’t I know about this sooner!

Aveeno Moisturising Cream with Natural Colloidal Oatmeal 100ml

This is a good cream but I got this because I found it it was non-greasy, just like the other reviews say. The truth is that it's not non-greasy. Granted, it's not as greasy as most moisturisers but less greasy isn't non-greasy. It's a little greasy but once a few hours have passed, that's when it's not greasy anymore. But it still doesn't count as non-greasy. Although I like it, I won't be repurchasing and I'll continue my search for a good NON-greasy moisturiser

Excellent for dry and sensitive skin even for the face!!

I have always had super sensitive and dry facial skin. I have used Clinique dramatically different moisturiser for years as it’s the only facial moisturiser I could find that didn’t irritate my skin. Having ran out of my usual moisturiser and being a bit low on funds I sceptically decided to purchase the 100 ml Aveeno cream. Like so many off the shelf creams, I imagined it would irritate and sting my skin and end up in the bin pretty quick. I am a total convert. I also use it as a gentle but effective eye make-up remover and it’s great on your legs after shaving. As it is so affordable I have tubes of it everywhere. I have a 200 ml of the daily moisturising lotion sitting on my desk at work which I use for my hands and face. Now that we are approaching winter I also love the 200 ml skin relief with shea butter. In my opinion putting the skin relief shea butter lotion on your face at night with a few drops of high quality rosehip oil (great anti-ageing properties and for sensitive skin), would give companies selling very expensive night creams (also laden with harsh chemicals) a run for their money. Finally a wee tip – the ‘100 ml Aveeno cream’ is exactly the same cream as the ‘500 ml Aveeno lotion’ (consistency and ingredients are all the same) so a lot better value to buy the 500 ml if like me, you become a convert.

Gorgeous Moisturiser - Can get a bit of "Roll-off" sometimes

I am impressed with this lovely moisturiser. Application is smooth and easy. It does give a somewhat "matte" appearance to my skin, whereas I do prefer a more satiny finish. That said, this cream sinks in beautifully and leaves no sticky residue on the skin's surface.I had some dry, almost scaly looking skin on my lower legs after a recent holiday. This cream improved this condition immediately, on the very first application!!I am finding that I do get "roll off" (small balls of cream that appear when massaging on the skin) if I apply a bit too much of this cream at a time. I have somewhat sorted this by exfoliating my skin well before applying this cream - and my skin after doing this, then applying the Aveeno feels like silk. I can imagine this cream would "naturally" help remove the top, dry layer off skin scaled with eczema. My mother had the type of eczema that presented itself in thick layers of patchy skin on her legs and arms - with almost a crust on top. Her legs were so sore at times. I lost my Mom 4 years ago. I would definitely have tried this cream on her had I known about it at that time. The emollients she used did nothing really to lessen the thickness of the ezcema areas - and I somehow feel this cream would have really been good for her.I have a cupboard full of expensive face creams. I am using this one exclusively at the moment, and my facial skin has not felt so smooth and soft in ages. Does give a matte finish, but make up goes on beautifully over this texture - and my foundation stays on so well. My skin seems to "hold onto" my makeup, by applying this cream about 10 minutes before foundation application.I will definitely continue to use this Aveeno Cream, at the huge sizes you can get for a very reasonable price I will save myself a fortune from not having to buy expensive products. I will need to go back to my cupboard and use up the stuff I have - that is...WHEN I can drag myself away from using Aveeno, which is giving me wonderfully conditioned facial, neck and decolotage skin.I am definitely going to try more of the Aveeno products, especially the shower ones and those specifically intended for the face and hands. At these great prices I can afford to - even better with the great offers Boots frequently give.

Love the new pump design!

I’ve always been a loyal user of the cream. It’s amazing on my skin. The only thing that was lacking was the pump. When you got to the end of it it got very difficult to get the leftover cream out. However the new design seems quite promising! I haven’t used it until the end though.

Lovely cream

My husband and I have both been using this product for a couple of years and it’s excellent quality and so easily dispensed in the large bottle with the pump action which is especially good for my husband as I’ve noticed he usually can’t be bothered using a product if it takes too much effort. It has pride of place in our bathroom. It’s a good moisturiser for me after a shower or as a barrier cream for the face against harsh products such as toothpaste. It really soothes sensitive skin and has rescued my husband’s complexion as he seems to be allergic to toothpaste so he applies this cream beforehand. I do not use it on my face for the daytime as foundation make up does not sit on it. I will keep buying this product.

Only one I ever buy

This moisturiser was suggested as the best and totally safe product by a medical specialist years ago who was treating damaged skin on my lower leg. It was required, but moisturising is not actually a clinical procedure and there are no prescription ones that would do the job. I have bought a large number of bottles since, as a general moisturiser. It hydrates quickly and really effectively and continues long after application. Although it doesn't stay sticky. It isn't ever sticky as a matter of fact. Quality product.

Product is very good but dispensing system is poor

Used this for many years with very good results but recently find can only get these from my usual supplier in 300ml and 500ml pump containers and this is my issue. Whilst they work OK for perhaps half the quantity you then have to unscrew the top and use the pump tube to start getting the cream out and when this becomes impossible you would expect it to be empty but it is not, I have cut several of the 500ml in half now using a bench vice and hack saw and find there is still some 100 to 150ml of cream left inside, so the quantity you think you're buying is misleading. Can the pump action not be improved so it empties fully? If not then should you be charging for the quantity of product that can't be dispensed?
