For when you need actual help with dry skin and not just something that smells good. I like things that are visually aesthetic so I didn't try it for a long time until I was having severe dry hands and excema, now I need a bottle on hand for the 'main' house lotion. It really relieves your skin. I gave it four stars because I'd prefer no fragrance but I guess that's the stress relief claim, the scent.

Found a new version to love right here with this lavender scented edition of this oatmeal lotion that i always get. This is my first time seeing one so big (33fl oz) and my eyes were just as big with amazement. I definitely recommend giving this a try if you were thinking about it. Funny bit: when i was checking out the man who rang me up stopped halfway through scanning my things to tell me how much he loves this very same lotion and that i made a 'good decision' hahaha. He also said rubs some in under his nose before night and it puts him right out. Lavender has different effects for everyone and mine are just a calm smell but it was definitely good to hear that someone was pleased with it.

This is a great gentle body lotion. Not greasy or heavy. But it doesn’t smell quite like lavender. This isn’t a bad thing, but if you were expecting a pure lavender smell, this isn’t it. What is the fragrance? A mix of powdered sugar, anise or light licorice. Its heavenly. Did you have Necco wafers as a kid? This smells like them, especially the black ones, but really the fragrance of the whole roll of wafers when you open them.

This lotion always makes me feel so calm and comforted. I'm not a huge lavender fan, but this lotion only has a hint of lavender which I like. If you're looking for a strong lavender scent you might try something else, but for me this is perfect! The texture of the product leaves me super moisturized without leaving my body sticky.

I love this lotion! Not only does the aroma make you feel relaxed, it also moiturizes your skin and lasts about half of the day on your hands and all day on skin that isn't washed repeatedly. It's thick formula keeps it from dripping and making a mess. It is slightly greasy, but the benefits out weigh the slight greasiness. In all, I highly recommend this to anyone who loves lavender scent.

I loved this lotion! The smell is great, not too strong or overpowering, but not to subtle. It is the perfect medium. It is a very relaxing and calming scent. I used this lotion daily at least twice, but the best time to use it was at night about the time to start relaxing before bed. It is soothing, and rubs into the skin well, doesn’t leave a residue, and isn’t too thick. I will continue to buy this lotion until (and if) I find a better one! ☺️

I love to use this Aveeno lotion for my hands also my body. I usually use it when I feel dry for my hands (especially for the fall and winter it gets cold and dry). One of my steps after bath time routine is also use this lotion. The smell is good, not too strong and make you feel so calming with the lavender scent. My skin couldnt be any softer and smooth. This lotion is also lightweight texture and quickly blended into the skin.

Calming and stress relieving

My family and I have been using this product for years. We love how great and relaxing it smells, non greasy light weight and moisturizes instantly. It lasts forever on your skin. I even give this as Christmas gifts. A little goes a long way. It's non irritating, gentle and mild. I love this lotion.

Love Aveeno

Love this scent. I first received it free in my home country when I purchased another product. Was disappointed to see that it was overpriced locally, when I was done with the freebie and I wanted to make a purchase to add to my repertoire. So happy I found this here at a third of the price they sell it locally. The scent is a nice little lullaby that truly drifts me off to sleep and makes me feel like a happy baby. Non-greasy and moisturises well enough. I can't tell if its more effective than other big name brands but I like the scent so im a happy trooper. Only issue is that Ive gone through 4 bottles and 3 pumps started malfunctioning at some point. Will continue to purchase.
