This product is advertised as being able to remove waterproof mascara but it doesnât even hold up to regular mascara. I had to repeatedly swipe at my lashes trying to get the product off my eyes. I tried with two different âregularâ mascaras and it just didnât work well. Took off my eye makeup. Leaves a residue so you definitely want to wash your face after.

This is the best eye makeup remover by far! Oil based removers would cause me to get styes no matter how much double cleansing I did. Makeup wipes always burn my eyes and cause irritation. This takes my makeup off in one sweep! It's gentle, doesn't make the skin around my eyes feel irritated at all. It's a little strange at first because it is a gel, but I cannot recommend this product enough. This is now permanently my go-to eye makeup remover.

Bought this product because my usual brand of eye makeup remover is out of stock. It is gentle and doesn't sting my sensitive eyes and skin, however, it also doesn't remove ordinary mascara (I don't use waterproof mascara). It takes ages and lots of rubbing to get rid of any mascara at all and even then its under my eyes the next morning. Please don't waste your money on this product.
Does not irritate my eyes at all, but it won't remove waterproof makeup without some serious rubbing and that make my eyes puffy the next day. The consistency is gel-like and with reusable cotton pads you will need a lot. NYX Epic Wear eyeliner wouldn't even move after I used this product, as if nothing happened at all. But on more natural products it works well.
I bought this product a while back to give it a go as a lot of eye make up removers make my eyes really sore and red. I love it for non-waterproof make up; it is so gentle, doesn't irritate my eyes and they feel refreshed. You need to soak the cotton pad with it and rest it on your eyes for a few minutes... then gently wipe away. It doesn't work well with waterproof make up however.
I never thought I would find a reasonably priced mascara remover, since I've been using an expensive one for years and loved it. I've tried switching away from the expensive one many times and have not found one a like until this. It is very gentle and does a great job removing mascara and eyeliner. I'm very pleased with this product and would highly recommend it.
