I'm impressed with this sun cream actually. I break out in rashes when using certain creams as I have very sensitive skin, so I was a little skeptical when trying it. However, I am very pleased to say I got no rashes and did not burn on holiday using this! Its so easy to apply and it's not oily or anything which is brilliant. I have to say I will definitely be purchasing again as it literally does do what it states and is a high sun protection factor which I need!

I bought this suncream after reading good reviews but for me it didnt live up to the great feedback. I have sensitive but oily skin. I was looking for a foundation that i can wear underneath makeup. I like the high factor in this suncream and that it does not leave a white cast but for some reason this cream makes my skin very oily when used underneath makeup and my makeup appears oxidised. I have been wearing the suncream on days that i dont wear make up and dab powder spf after and in between .

This is a really nice cream as it’s not thick and sticky like most sun creams. I have used these quite a bit as we have had some lovely weather and it’s really protected my face abs made it nice and fresh. I really like that it has a nice scent and seems to be a really good cream. I will continue to use this if the weather continues. Thank you for a great cream that leaves your skin feel soft and not clogged like some creams do

This is pretty much odourless with a very subtle floral scent! It’s a thin cream but not too runny! It’s easy to apply and rubs into your skin with ease. It’s none greasy so didn’t clog my pores! It’s great for sensitive skin and is SPF50+ It claims to have a blue light filter in order to protect your skin further! I’ve noticed that it only takes a small amount for full coverages.
I don't know jow Avene cab get away with claiming this has 3 second absorption. If you apply half a teaspoon to face and neck (the amount needed for the stated protection) it stays wet and greasy even after 20 minutes. It's also very obviously yellow and impossible to blend out the streaks. All the positive reviews are from a promotion and I suspect they only used a pea sized amount.
I have used this product this past week as I have not been in the sun for quite a while and wanted a product that would offer great protection for my skin. The cream at first seemed thick on my skin but absorbed very fast without turning my skin a pasty white shade which some high factor creams do which I was very pleased about. It has a light fragrance which I liked. Its hard to describe the scent to me its not your typical sunscreen smell and isn't a nasty chemical scent it just smells light and nice (sorry for the vagueness!) I was in the sun for a few hours and didn't need to reapply. The cream worked brilliantly and I would definitely recommend it for times you need an extra bit of sun protection.
This new sunscreen is the lighter version of the intense protect fluid - if you found that too greasy and shiny then give this is a go, it’s much lighter and absorbs into the skin quickly, it is a bit sticky but not nearly as shiny and greasy as the other one. It’s also hydrating and doesn’t sting the eyes, worked well under make up as well with no burning while out in the sun. On the negative side, it also stains white clothes like their other sunscreens with filters against blue light, and is quite expensive if not on offer. Overall would recommend as it’s a reliable spf.
The Avene SPF50 is great and very gentle to my skin. The texture is creamy and not too runny, it doesn't have a scent of a suncream and in fact it doesn't have any scent. The bottle is nice and little, so it is great to keep it in your bag or in your travel case as it doesn't take a lot of space. I like that when I apply it, it makes my skin smooth and it doesn't irritate it - that's why I say that the product is very gentle and it feels like you apply a normal moisturiser. It is a must for any season - winter, spring, summer and autumn to protect the skin and to keep it looks young.
I’ve been wanting to find an SPF50 for my face for some time now but have seen reviews of other brands leaving quite a heavy white after effect or not applying easily. I’m pretty impressed by this one however, it has a light subtle scent, consistency is as you’d expect and it’s ever so slightly peachy in colour which I imagine helps with the colour correcting. Applied fairly easily and I pat it out rather than rub and it sunk into my skin pretty quickly that you wouldn’t even notice or remember you’d applied it. Definitely a new staple in my makeup bag.
(I am ginger 35yrs old, male, fair skinned, and typically ware spf 30 or spf 50… Tested).Literally put this on and 100% absorbed in 10seconds or less. No greasy residue, or shinyness left on skin afterwards.Super protection for sensitive areas, for me this is just my face. It’s Sweat resistant.Looks like and has the consistency of typical suncream but this is just better. No stickyness, super absorbent and… No weird fragrance’s, it’s neutral smelling, so for people like me who hate the smell of suncream, this is excellent !!Easy to ware, easy to put on, and can still ware perfume and not smell like I’m masking suncream.
