We recently had a baby, and we were putting off using pacifiers for the longest time. These are really soft for babies skin. A babies skin especially at birth is so tender and the softness of these pacifiers is perfect. And with the curve to fit all the babies faces with the two small holes so the skin can breathe makes it easier for baby to be comfortable and to use the pacifier with ease. These also ease my mind knowing how great these pacifiers are made. I also love the case to keep them in. It is perfect to throw in the diaper bag and go knowing they are going to stay clean and sanitized. Thank you Philips and Butterly for sending these to us. My little peanut is happy with his new pacifiers. I received these free for testing and review purposes.

Baby wouldnt take any pacifier because the nipple would make her gag. This one is shorter and flatter than any other on the market and trust me I had bought SO MANY. My babes is exclusively breastfed so it can be harder. The nipple itself is soft, which is more like the breast. They are super lightweight which is a bonus (making them easier for new babies to keep them in).. and less falling out is a HUGE plus. The carrying case for the two pacifiers is also a sterilizing case!!!! I had no idea until I saw the instructions imprinted on the bottom. And its ridiculously easy to do.. especially if youre traveling around with baby on the go.Recommend!!!

The quality of the product is very good, the tips are textured and overall seems to be well made; the packing also mentions that it's orthodontic so that's good. It comes in a carry box, which is lock secured and can also be used to sterilise the soothers in the same box which is very handy. The soothers are very soft and seem very comfortable for the little ones. The only downside was that 18+ soothers are too big for children a bit under the age so age appropriate product should be used; possibly smaller ones. I've used them to sterilise in the microwave and it did not damage the product. The product comes with instructions engraved on the carry-box in case you lose the instructions slip or forget, so that is handy too. We loved these new Philips Avent Ultrasoft Pacifiers. First - they come in a cute 2 pack and great neutral colors. And while I'm not overly into my kid's look, it was a nice touch to have pacifiers that go with all his outfits so if the paci happens to be in his mouth for cute picture moment, it works! Off the bat the case is what made me excited for 2 reasons. 1) we are always on the go so having a safe space to keep our clean pacis in the mom organizer of the stroller was key and also helped me not the lose them and 2) the sterilizing feature! It is hard not to be lazy about sterilizing as it is time consuming but you can sterilize these in the case itself and they even give you a fill line for the water so you dint have to measure or look it up. Since that night, she’s loved it some days and not so much other days, but takes to it better than any other. So while it’s a great product and the best one we’ve tried, she doesn’t accept it 100% of the time.One suggestion I would have for Philips Avent is to include a pacifier strap with this product. I used one we already had, and it was fine, but it would have been a nice little bonus for a basic holder strap to come with it.

Having the case makes it easier and more convenient to grab the pacifiers out of the diaper bag when needed. As for using the case as a sterilizer, I did not try it. Even though it’s BPA free, I don’t like the idea of using plastic in the microwave. I choose to sanitize using the top rack of the dishwasher or hand washing with soap and water. Overall, my baby is happy to have the Philips Avent Ultra Soft 6-18m Pacifier in her rotation and I am pleased with the functionality and thoughtful design.
