I wanted a chunkier tyre to replace my rear 3.50-19 Dunlop K70. This fits the rim well and there is enough width in the swing arm. I added this to the front o my 05 Springer classic. i love the look it gives the bike. It does take a little getting use to, these tires find the grooves in the highway and you feel it, it kind of dances. Once you are use to how they feel, it is a very rewarding riding experience. it is a timeless tire for a timeless bike.

I appreciate the free install/balance when you get the whole package. Tire, tube, strip, and rim. I had everything in less than a week.
Bought these for my '99 Heritage Springer. It's got a little over 100k on it and I've used Dunlops, Pirellis, Coker Goodyears and Firestones. This is my first Safety Mileage tires and I love them! Great vintage look and seem to ride and handle good. Don't get me wrong, modern style tires perform better, but for my style riding, these are fine. Took some weight to balance, but not as much as the Cokers. Plus, they are truer than Cokers. They are taller than 130/90s or mt90s, but easily fit under the fenders. I did remove the both calipers for installation. Everything considered, I've very pleased with the quality, look and performance.
Avon makes one hell of a fucking tire really good grip I like the softer compound tell care of it wears out earlier it gives me really good grip that's all that matters to me
I am very impressed with this tire! I bought it completely for its looks expecting it to wear and perform poorly. The looks are better than anything else I've seen for a cruiser. To my surprise it corners awesome and I got a little over 9000 miles out of the first one. I'm running my second one on my sportster now and I doubt I will ever put any other kind of tire on my front wheel. It does track a little more than most tires on grooved concrete road surfaces but not dangerously so, just be aware of it.Also, I mount my own tires and these mount up way easier than any other tire I have worked with.I hope you love them as much as I do.Revzilla shipping is way fast too, just get one.

I bought these tyres for my 1957 BSA Road rocket. Modern tyres with that vintage look. Not old stock they were dated this year and look great. I fitted them myself with no problems.
These tires wear well and look the part on old bikes. Maybe they are not as sporting as modern tread patterns and tire profiles, but riding an old bike is not really about hanging off, dragging knees. The perfect match for the good old Avon "Skidmaster".
