I bought this as a winter SPF as the UV index is quite low. However this takes a bit of work to rub in than my other sunscreens and a slight white cast that only goes away after 10 minutes. I have olive "medium" skin so I worry if this will be okay if you have a darker completion. My skin is also on the dryer side and this leaves the skin quite shiny, more shiny than I like and I usually blot this with a tissue. For the price though I think it's pretty alright, I'll finish the bottle.

I tried this on Labmuffin's recommendation and I have been happily using it every day since it arrived. It's easy to apply and leaves my skin feeling soft. It doesn't sting my eyes, feel greasy, irritate or dry out my skin. It has a bit of a glowy finish, which doesn't bother me as it it's quite flattering and also mostly disappears after the first hour, or straight away if I put make up on top. However if you only like a completely matte finish you might not like that. The consistency is a light, thin lotion that sinks in quickly so it's easy to apply a decent amount and make sure I'm getting proper protection. I like it MUCH better than some of the way more expensive products I've been trying recently. I will definitely repurchase and would definitely recommend it.
This product peels off from my skin.
I had no issues with the old formulation, and it was my holy grail. However, the new formulation leaves a white cast and flakes off my face.
I absolutely LOVED the old formula and used it everyday for years. The new formula as of January 2022 is a little heavier in texture and doesn't disappear as easily, also having a white cast on my skin. It is still quite light for a SPF30 and non irritating so it is still a good facial sunscreen particularly as it is very reasonably priced. However I will be looking for something else that doesn't leave the white sunscreen look on my face.
