It is a huge bottle for the amount of pills that are inside. The tablets do shatter easily. This uses the natural form of B-12 (methylcobalamin vs cyanocobalamin). I find the high dosage of B-12 concerning but I didn't have any side effects taking this supplement. The taste is yummy.
