Babolat adds another chapter to the game's most iconic modern player's racquet. As with previous versions of the Pure Drive, this update keeps the same easy learning curve and explosive spec profile that has attracted generations of players. Updated with Babolat's new HTR System, the Pure Drive's graphite layup has been reengineered for higher torsional rigidity, resulting in more efficient energy transfer to the ball. To help with vibration dampening, Babolat has devoted more space in the shaft to SWX Pure Feel, a thin and extremely flexible viscoelastic rubber that sits between the racquet's carbon layers. Additional features include FSI Power Technology, which optimizes the grommet system and string spacing for higher levels of power and spin. On court, this racquet's explosive acceleration and spin-friendly targeting make it a dangerous weapon from the baseline. It also packs impressive all-court mobility, making it great for cranking winners on the run or charging into the front court and finishing points at net. With incremental tweaks to the feel, this update won't disappoint especially if you place a premium on quick handling. The Pure Drive continues to be one of the best options for those who want a light and explosive player's racquet.

I would personally like to thank Tim for helping me purchase this for my boyfriend’s birthday! I don’t know anything about Tennis, and I believed the racquet will not be good because it was a Grip 2 as opposed to Grip 3 my boyfriend uses. The product is fantastic and Tim was right; I did not need to purchase a Grip 3.For people who do not know Tennis, Tim is very helpful and kind.Thank you so much :D

This racquet is the perfect combination of power, spin and control. As a smaller female player I find the weight of this racquet to be perfect. It is on the lighter side but produces plenty of power without having to over extend yourself.

So much power in this instrument of grace. Just enough spin and it carry’s enough punch with each hit. Love the darker colors and how it glistens in the light. It’s a must have for tennis connoisseurs.

The Racquet was delivered well within the ETA. The Racquet is amazing however, the stencil is pathetic. It seemed as if someone has used a whitener on the string. The colour is dull and it faded away in a day. The string tension seems to be on the lower side than what I had confirmed.I would have rated a 5 star however for the disgusting stencil, I would take away one from you.
My 13 yr old plays a lot, goes through 2 rackets every 4 months. Cant afford at that rate, the latest models but discounted older new rackets are just fine. Excellent and he is happy. Great racket
I had the opportunity to demo the racquet before buying it so I knew it was the good one for me. I went to the store to buy it but they didn't have it in my grip size. So I ordered it online and received it within 24h.. then took it to the store for the free string installation and got done in a few hours!Couldn't be more pleased about the product and the service!
Great racquet, can’t go wrong with a pure drive! Added some lead strips at 9, 12 and 3 o’clock for a bit more punch and stiffness as an intermediate player but that’s about it. I’d recommend!
Been a Pure Drive 101 user for about 6 years. Getting older, slower and eyes never been so great anyway. Thought about getting a larger sweet spot and happy to have found this larger size in the same line I am so used to. Very happy with my purchase now. Love the 107! The larger sweet spot has helped. It is lighter but it manageable. Having more success than before after a playing more than a month. I can notice the difference. I wish I could play with the 101 Pure Drive but happy for the extra help the 107 offers.
Demo'd this and several other 110/112 racquets. Many felt too light, no power, little feel - even with the factory strings. Thought it be much better, and strong one with my normal Technifibre X-One Biphase 18 at 57 and it's awesome. Not board stiff, good feel and nice pop. Serves have enough pop on it, and volleys are pretty easy to control. I play mostly Singles still (at 63), and really like this one.
Love at first strike with this latest 2021 Pure Drive. I'm a 68 year-old geezer and I was a little nervous about the high 71 RA rating doing a number on my joints. But comfort turned out to be way better than expected. Power was also better than expected, and spin too.RacquetGuys' Customer Service on my pre-purchase inquiries has been quick and helpful. I live in PEI and delivery transit was a mere 3 days. I strung the Pure Drive right away with Pros Pro BlackOut at 55lbs and an hour later I was pummeling my on-court opponent, he pleading for mercy. This is another way of saying that it took no time at all to adjust from the Clash 108 I had been using this summer to this new Babolat bayonet! Overall, thrilled. .
