Baby Brezza is truly wonderful. Gone are the days when I would be conscious of how long the bottles, accessories, and pacifiers stay in boiling water, checking they won't deform and praying I won't scald myself after sterilizing and hoping that they dry soon on the drying rack so I could prepare the milk while my baby sleeps. After the bottles and parts are cleaned, they are placed inside the sterilizerdryer right away. I love the options like sterilizedry / dry / sterilize and with just a push of a button, everything will be clean and dry in less than an hour. It doesn't take up much counter space, it's actually smaller than my drying rack. I like the sleek design and the neutral colors. I just love how convenient it is.

This thing is amazing. Such a time saver. In the beginning I had to feed and pump every two hours. So you can imagine how time consuming it was, so this thing literally saved me so much time. All I had to do is wash the bottles and pump parts put them in add distilled water to the little tray and done. The drying part is my favourite! One downside is that even with distilled water, you will still need to clean the calcium deposits quite frequently. I can get away with cleaning it once a day now, since I use it less frequently a day. But it’s super easy just add some vinegar and water let it sit for a few minutes and wipe it and it’s good as new.

As an OBGYN doctor, I do not recommend.

It had been many years since our previous children were infants and having recommended the formula maker, sterilizer and dryer to my patients based on my own reading, I was excited to finally get the chance to use for our last latecomer baby Henry. Unfortunately, our dryer is requiring 45-60 minutes to dry. Add to that the problem that we’re having with the formula maker requiring us to change the funnel after every two bottles due to inconsistency in the formula concentration and we have become a slave to sterilization. I have ordered multiple additional funnels just to try to keep up with the problem. I can therefore no longer support the use of these products as I believe it poses a safety risk if my experience is on par with the product performance in terms of what others are seeing

Broke after 3 months-replacement broke after 1 use

I received this sterilizer as a gift. After 3 months of use it stopped working. I contacted customer service and provided a video and all the photos they requested. I received a replacement (the whole process took about two weeks). In the meantime, I purchased a different brand of sterilizer as I didn't have time to wait. Luckily I did because the replacement I was sent worked 1 time and now won't dry. I contacted customer service and sent photos and videos like before. They requested two additional videos that require a person to stand around while the cycle switches and then be around when the machine stops to show the zeros on the machine with the wet items, problem being as soon as it hits zero the machine shuts off so you literally have to stand around waiting. ... MoreI received this sterilizer as a gift. Great quality

We love the Baby Brezza One Step Sterilizer/Dryer Advanced. It's really easy to use and has done a great job sterilizing and drying our bottles. It fit our 6 5oz bottles and all their nipples/lids. When we upgraded to bigger bottles, we had to take out the inner layer that holds more bottle pieces - and therefore, we would only sterilize 4 big bottles and their peices at a time, but this wasn't an issue for us. It needs weekly cleaning (with vinegar) but this is standard for sterilizers. It automatically turns off when finished sterilizing/drying, so that's really nice. I recommend this product - it makes sterilizing so easy.

Great time saver but some pump parts don't fit

I put this on my registry for my 2nd baby specifically because it advertised being able yo hold 8 bottles and 2 pump parts. I was so excited that I would not be drying and sterilizing my oump parts by hand anymore. However. I use the 24 spectra flanges and they absolutely do not fit in the trays like they are supposed to. I have to either put them in the bottle tray with fewer bottles or run the pump parts separately. I was really hoping this would work out but unfortunately it did not. I am still very happy with the product. I have been sterilizing bottles and parts like a mad woman in preparation for baby's arrival next week and that task would have been infinitely more tedious without this.

Great until it breaks

I purchased this three months ago to help clean, sterilize and dry bottles. The first time I used it I noticed one of the lights was broken on the timer screen. After the cycle finished i noticed residue where the coating of the baseplate had come off. Subsequently, each time we used it, even though we followed directions and used distilled water, the same thing kept happening. It also wouldn’t do multiple cycles back to back and would automatically shut off. All of this was something I could live with since it was so expensive and I didn’t want to buy something different. However, as of two days ago it won’t even last 2 minutes into a cycle before it shuts off. It still dries but the sterilize function doesn’t work. MUCH better than the rest - for sure

I tried so many other brands - this one is the only one that actually appears to do the job (sterilize). Others hardly got hot - others did not have a hepa filter - some claim to keep it sterilized for 24 hours (impossible with air vents on top). This gets HOT (as it should), dries wonderfully, and has a HEPA filter. Anything but a HEPA filter would just draw in room air that could have dust, pet hair, etc - and then you'd be blowing in to your bottles. Poor Quality, Poor Service

This is my third Baby Brezza product, why I bothered to buy this brand again I do not know because I have had bad experiences with every item. Focusing on this purchase out of the box it has consistently failed to work. Following the instructions and using only distilled water the machine errors every time saying it has run out of water even though there is water in the reservoir still. This causes me to restart the sanitize cycle sometimes 2-3 times until 8min is reached (the point and which bottles are sanitized), then manually click over to the dryer function. Terrible for when you are feeding your newborn every 3 hours and you want to walk away at 2am and sleep. They have so far been incomplete with their responses and not timely. I am not sure if they will approve a warranty claim but they do make you jump slowly through the hoops to get you there. Read through the bad reviews and take them seriously because these products fail out of the box often (this is my second warranty claim with this brand). If this device worked and lasted more than one year it would be a god send but the quality is not there, nor is the service.

Works Pretty Well

I realized I needed a better way to sterilize bottles and pump parts than standing around a pot of boiling water. I purchased the sterilizer/dryer and have been using it regularly for over 3 months (i.e. at least 4 times a week, often multiple times per day). I used tap water a few times when I ran out of distilled and it leaves a bunch of buildup, but it's easily cleanable. Easy to descale with a little vinegar in the bottom, there are youtube videos to help.The machine itself works well, it's never done anything but what I expect it to do. Sometimes if I overload it a little bit, the 30 minute drying after sterilizing doesn't always fully dry the silicone backflow valves for pumps, but it's really not a big deal.
