We got this bottle warmer as a gift. It works well, no complains functionality wise. But, there are two issues I have observed:1. With just a month of usage, it has lot of black material buildup on the bottom of the bottle. I have tried to descale it using white vinegar and water and it just does not go away. The buildup is very hard, almost permanent and does not come out even when you try to scratch it.2. When I am using the quick mode, I would have to add the water to the quick mode fill line. Then, it is kind of difficult to see the level of water inside the warmer, especially when there is already some water inside. I do not know if this is due to the material buildup inside my bottle warmer.

I was surprised by all the mixed reviews on this warmer. I was able to get this warmer for a fraction of the cost. It has been easy to use, both with the buttons on the warmer or with the app. Using the app you are able to see how much time is left/when heating is done without being at thr warmer. I breastfeed a majority of the time with occasionally giving a bottle. Has warmed the bottle nicely each time.As our daughter gets older excited to use to heat up the food we make her.

It is so quick and easy to use. Made warming up breastmilk in the bottle a breeze. The bluetooth connectivity could be better, like having it be able to connect to my phone without having to turn the product on first. But I love being able to change the settings from the app and being able to see how much time is remaining until its ready, and getting notifications for when it is finished as we all get distracted as parents. I highly recommend.

The pros of this warmer.... 1) I like the look of it. 2) It can be controlled by your phone (I have yet to use this option and am not sure if I ever will). 3) You can use different brands of bottles. 4) It's a good design, the orange insert moves up as you open the lid. The cons.... 1) its not easy to pull the bottle out when its done being warmed. 2) The actual bottle itself comes out pipping hot and you can't touch the outside of the bottle. 3) The instructions are easy to read but dont really match what you get when you follow them. (they had no directions for a 3oz glass bottle so I had to keep guessing what settings to use). All in all, I think this warmer takes some working with to really get the hang ... We’ve been using this bottle warmer for awhile now and it’s a very convenient baby product. It does a good job getting the milk warmed to a good temp. However, the bottle itself/nipple always comes out too warm to give to my daughter right away. The steam actually burned my finger when getting a bottle out once. But our biggest issue has happened a few times now. We put a bottle in the warmer, following all directions exactly, and when we’ve taken it out (not every time) several ounces are out of the bottle and that milk is instead in the basin of the warmer. We cannot figure out how/why this is happening a random few times when we’ve gone nothing different than any other time and the bottle is never tipped over. However, the quick warm setting was causing the bottle itself to become scolding hot but the milk wasn't even warmed. We read the trouble shooting (ie, too much water or too little water) & neither were the issue. We began using the steady warm setting and it has been such an improvement.
