We bought this for Raven when she was around 7 months old. She isn’t a big baby, so we started getting use out of it from when she was around 9 months (age in video). Raven is now 13 months and still absolutely loves this. It’s so great if I’m cooking in the kitchen. I know she is safe, secure and having fun. She interacts with all of the different activities and loves just bouncing away. Awesome investment.

I had the Nemo version of this and I can say it was worth every cent. You can lower and raise the sides to suit your child's height. They can spin around and interact with each activity(toy) I found the Nemo one extra cute as the turtle would sing and light up when pressed. The little fish and octopus hanging down was great for then to look up and stretch their neck muscles. Even the seagull on one of the stands was a favourite which you can remove for your child to hole. All in all great activity bouncer definitely recommend this brand as I found it sturdy and had no where that their little fingers could get stuck! It was excellent

He turned and checked out all toys every time he went in it before picking one, loved to jump in it and had to be convinced that he was too big for it. The next baby loved it just as much and thinking I was done having babies I passed it on as soon as she was done with it. When the next baby came along we bought one before she was even born. It does take up a bit of room but it is worth every inch even in a small apartment. Broke while my son was USING IT

Would like to share that my 9 month old was using this product and one strap completely snapped while he was inside it. Luckily I was standing right by him when it happened. Tried to call the customer service number was on hold for over 30 minutes with no answer. Would just like to let them know of the defect so other children don't get hurt. Pictured below are the broken strap and one of the other straps that were on the way to breaking. If I wasn't right there he could've gotten REALLY HURT. Don't buy this. It was great until it snapped. Hate to leave a negative review but I do not want this to happen to someone else.

Don't buy

I just received this toy and I'm really disappointed for a few reasons. Firstly there's hardly any interactive toys on here, most of the toys are useless and seem just like fillers. The toys don't stay on properly, if my baby can pull them off then there's definitely a flaw in the design. The box says there's 15+ activities but I certainly don't see them. The only useful feature on here in that baby can jump but then jumpers that are $50 cheaper also have that. I would not recommend this toy to other people.

Leg openings too tight

Our baby is 4 months. He’s a big boy for his age but this jumper says 6 months plus. His chubby legs were stuck in the seat’s leg openings and if my wife had been alone with him it would have been terrible for her to get him out. It was hard enough with the both of us. New parents dont need that kind of scare! Aside from the small leg openings in the seat everything else is as advertised. Amazing jumper for your skinny legged baby. Buyer beware, our 4 month old is not THAT big.

Poor Quality- Disappointed

My 9 month old tipped this over while jumping due to the flimsy metal tubing that supports the bottom. We have had it for less than two months and the tubing separates and wobbles. For the amount this costs, I expected it to be durable and safe. I love kids2 products but this one is completely unacceptable for child's safety. I will be contacting customer service for a refund on this item.

Sent to me used

This item was clearly used when I opened it. The top base was all scratched and there was even dried up drool on the toys. There wasn’t even instructions in the box. I’m incredibly disgusted that this was sent. Clearly Buybuy baby doesn’t care about their customers or the quality of their products. I’m never buying from them again.

THIS JUMPER IS FANTASTIC!!!

My 9 month old granddaughter already has an Evenflo bouncer but doesn't show much interest in it. Last night at Buy Buy Baby my daughter and I saw the Baby Einstein and wondered if my granddaughter would like it. So I took the display model down and placed it on the floor and put her in it. To my surprise, she didn't just like it, she was totally immersed in it and for a long while she showed no signs of slowing down. She now has her own Baby Einstein at home and she couldn't be happier. Assembly was very easy and required no tools except a philips screwdriver to install the 3 AA batteries required for the electronic turtle. There is a different song each time a number is pressed and each song lasts for a good amount of time. I have no idea how many songs there are. Over time we will find out. There are many other activities to keep your child very interested and excited. The Baby Einstein is a gem and I highly recommend this one over all the others as we let our little infant choose for herself this time. The others in the store just didn't interest her as much. If you're short on space, when your little one is not using it, you just press the unlock button near the bottom of the down rod and pull the rod out. Repeat this for all 3 rods then lay the rods on top of the jumper where it will then fit under a bed or some other tuck-a-way space. With the electronic turtle, music and other sounds, 3 stars, a fish, an octopus, a crab inside a plastic bulb with plastic beads in it that turn and make noise when spun, some cards, and a mirror, your child will stay busy and entertained for a long time. So I very highly recommend the Baby Einstein Neptune's Ocean Discovery Jumper for any infant child. I know its blue and blue is SUPPOSED to be for boys, but my granddaughter doesn't know that and she picked this one after trying out many others that were on display. Take your child to Buy Buy Baby and let your child test drive it. I guarantee you will not leave the store without one.

We loved this product for our little 6 month old who is now 8 months. However, today something went very wrong. I was sitting next to him and he was happily bouncing when somehow the angle that he bounced sent the entire thing flipping forward. The weight of the product and his body landed on his head in almost a scorpion position. I pulled him out from under and mercifully he only suffered a mild head injury due to landing on the carpet. But I truly believed I had watched the little guy break his neck. He is roughly 18 lbs and I wish I knew what caused this to suddenly happen with a toy that appears quite sturdy.
