Only used so far as a sleeping pillow while in my last trimester. I find it much better than regular pillows although it does not offer much back support. Can't give a comprehensive report as yet until I use it as a breastfeeding pillow and toddler seat.

After weeks of sleeping terribly and a night of repeatedly waking terribly upset (thanks hormones) that I'd rolled yet again on to my back I bought this pillow this morning. As soon as I got it home, I opened it up to test it out. I am currently laying in bed comfortably for the first time in weeks and now that I have back support, I know I won't be rolling onto my back putting my baby's heart rate at risk!

This pillow really helps me get a comfortable night sleep. I like that the cover is removable and washable I just wished that more could be sold separately to have as spares. I highly recommend this product to have at any stage of pregnancy.

Comfortable and provides support to my back, hips and belly when in the right position. For people with long torsos, however, the bottom end probably wouldn't reach around fully to support their belly. It makes me hot, which I don't really mind, although I don't know about in Summer.
I bought this at 20w pregnant. I wanted a pillow to support my back that was body length. This pillow does that and is comfy & supportive. You can use this under your head aswell, only negative is it doesn't (yet?) support much of bump but it potentially could when I'm bigger. Enough room for hubby in bed with this aswell (as opposed to the 5 I had before!). Pillow converts later on for breastfeeding which is a plus. Overall happy customer
It has really helped me sleep more comfortably on my side reducing my lower back pain. It also stops me rolling onto my back. It was the right pillow for me coming into second trimester.
Bought this a few weeks ago, and I'm worse off then before I bought it. I'm being woken up by back, and and shoulder pains from the pillow. I feel that there is way too much padding and I don't see how its meant to get any softer, so for those who like hard high up pillows this is great. Whatever way I position it I'm always getting a hard zipper pressed up against my back and neck, just because it has some material over it doesn't mean it stops the edge from being solid and has been adding to the pain. Also the way this pillow was designed; sleeping on the pillow like the image suggests means you have to put up with uncovered zipper against your back and body, the material that's meant to cover it is bellow the zipper not on top and does nothing to help laid that ... MoreBought this a few weeks ago, and I'm worse off then before I bought it. Maybe the pillow will give and be more comfy over constant use over a large period of time... but with how much padding is in it I feel as though it won't give much. This pillow has been a life saver. It’s super comfortable and feels like a giant hug. Not too soft or firm and it doesn’t leave me feeling to hot either.Has really helped me sleep more comfortably and am not waking up with a sore neck and shoulder.It doesn’t take up a lot of room in a queen bed either so my fiancé can still sleep comfortably too.Only giving 4 stars as I wish you could take the cover off to wash it.
I have had this for 1 week and love it. I am 22 week pregnant and was waking every couple of hours with aching hips and lower back. This pillow has saved my sleep! It allows me to sleep on my side, whilst taking the pressure off my hips. I still use another pillow between my legs, as I prefer to keep my legs straight and ankles apart.
I had high hopes for this pillow however I find it impossible to get comfortable using it as a full body pillow. The polyester filling is limp where it matters and doesn't breath... it doesn't provide any neck support and minimal support for my legs and lower back. I continue to use it for napping and relaxing, but I can't use it for a decent night of sleep... I wouldn't recommend.
