Amazing product!!I’m so glad I bought this carrier for my 9 month old, she hates the pram but loves baby wearing. we had a cheap carrier before and she was getting a bit big for it and was really hurting my shoulders and back when carrying her. I got the Tula after reading lots of reviews and it does not disappoint. You can understand as soon as you put it on why it costs what it does, ITS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!The pattern is also beautiful.I also bought the back support but I haven’t used it as it really doesn’t need it.Really happy with it, would definitely I rely recommend.

I do have a few issues with this carrier. No matter how I adjust the back it always digs into my back and creates rolls. I’m 5ft 5 inches , 145 lbs. I am average by size, but this carrier makes me look like I am much larger because of the rolls it creates on my back. Also, when I have my 8 month old daughter forward facing the front of the carrier always rubs her neck and chin. I watched a video on YouTube to make sure I had the carrier adjusted correctly and it still rubs on her neck. Sometimes she will look down when in the carrier and immediately start to cough because it is too close to her neck. I have to put my hands under her legs to lift here while we are walking sometimes. Overall, it’s a better quality carrier than most.
So much more comfortable than our previous carrier. Lightweight, uncomplicated fastening, yet feels very secure and supportive when carrying. Baby soothed or asleep soon after being put in it. The pouch / pocket on the waistband is a handy addition too.Both myself and husband love this carrier. The mesh insert has helped keep baby cool in this warmer weather too. One of the hardest parts of our purchase, was choosing from all the beautiful designs, but we love the colour and the look of the one we choose. A really lovely soft material too.

We also have a Deuter carrier for hiking, but since we bought this Tula Toddler, we stopped using it because the Tula is much more comfortable for both of us. We used to have Baby Björn one, but that was a very disappointing product. I am so glad we've found Baby Tula, and I'm so happy that I can still carry my toddler son! Love it! I’ve had multiple carriers before and none of them compare to comfortability of the Tula. I love that I can have my baby front or inward facing as well as piggy back mode. It does take a little getting used to getting your baby in and out of the carrier. And I do wish it was easier to loosen the under arm straps since I’m not really flexible. But other than that, I love this carrier! I use it at the zoo, going grocery shopping, quick errands, etc! I’ve never experienced back pain with my Tula carrier as I have with other brands. My baby seems to be super comfortable in it too.
Straps are too bulky and fabric is rough. Both I and my bub experienced chafing/redness - at the back of the neck for him, and on my underarms. The waxed cotton almost immediately showed discoloration/frosting after 1 use. Bub’s feet turned purple after a 20 min forward facing attempt (with correct adjustments and positioning). Back buckle is also impossible to clasp with one hand. This carrier is poorly designed overall. Very disappointed.
Love the versatility of this carrier! We have a lite and used it since day 1 but my son recently became very interested in looking forward when in the carrier so we made the investment into the Explore style carrier. The design is super cute and pretty gender neutral. Very comfortable and I’m able to switch my son from front facing to chest facing while standing , on my own. Which I have to do sometimes when I’m on our daily walks with our dogs and my son starts falling asleep while front facing, I can switch him around! It takes a bit but I’m able to do it and it’s been awesome.
