I love this straightening iron! The steam function is amazing as it leaves my hair soft, shiny and frizz-free. The plates are quite big and that makes it difficult to use on short back hair. I take help from a friend for that as I don't want to scald back of my neck by mistake. I have thick natural curly hair, so it didn't work that well although I used the highest temperature, my hair was still frizzy after the straightening.
Just purchased good product! Styles nicely even at lowest temperature so less damage for the hair.
