After a few months of talking about purchasing an air fryer, I bought this appliance for my sister as a gift, as I have one myself. She is so happy with it. She said cooking meals for the family is quick and easy. There are no lingering cooking smells in the kitchen and she's able to understand the temperature and timing settings. The appliance looks gorgeous on her bench top. So instead of trying to convince her to buy one, we now discuss the menu - Money well spent!!

After gifting my last air fryer to the local tip shop for someone with more patience than me, I purchased this baccarat air fryer. It’s been great so far, good size, can fit a whole chook or a couple of mungindi hamburgers if you’re that way inclined. The only bones I’ve got to pick is I keep pressing the on/off button instead of the pause/start button and have to start again so that’s obviously in the wrong location, and it’s a bit too tall to fit in my my cupboard so it’s just floating around on the bench like a lost croc in the pool. Other than that, bloody ripper

Does what it says on the box! Great for chicken and meat joints, roasted veggies and potatoes. Easy to navigate digital screen and to clean. But be aware that this is no small appliance and has a 9ltr capacity., which is no problem in itself but check the dimensions and ensure you have bench space to use it and cupboard space to store it. Otherwise a must have for the modern kitchen and, from what I've seen one of the best on the market.
Great capacity for a family of 4 or 5. Simple to use. Easy to clean. Excellent for “all in one” cooking . Good for general roasting & reheating baked goods. It’s not a deep fryer, but it’s a great intense, small oven.
I love how big this air fryer is, the design is simple and nice and when it does work, it does a great job. Now onto the bad part, I've had 2 of these go faulty on me now. The first one stopped working after 4 months and the fan just stopped functioning as it was meant to. And just now after a week use - the basket isn't registering clipped in properly (when it is) and thus won't turn on. House has been helpful to get me a replacement the first time and hopefully will be able to get me another replacement again.. just praying 3rd times is really the charm
We've had the Air Fryer for about 4 weeks and have used it for just about every type of meat, vegetable and of course your usual fast food types. The most common remark is, "How Juicy Is The Meat?!?!" Yes, there have been a few misses as well as we experiment with how long to cook, whether we add a bit of oil, etc, etc. The conclusion, once you take the time to get it right, food is cooked perfect. Not sure on other brands, but as this is our first Air Fryer, we are very happy with Baccarat has to offer!!!
I purchased one and was very happy after first use. Next day it wouldn't turn on. Returned to the store and got another one thinking it was just one faulty one and the EXACT THE SAME THING HAPPENED! 2 airfryers with the same fault after one use doesn't sound like coincidence. Definitely do not recommend.

The trivet is sooo incredibly hard to clean. I've had to soak it n still doesn't come clean. I eventually gave up after spends much time trying to get it clean. Perhaps the Teflon isn't that flash a quality, it was a Christmas present from 2022. Also it's too close to the base. When cooking a chicken for instance the trivet is totally submerged in fat, then this fat is extremely hard to clean off. This one aspect of the Baccarat 9 lt sir fryer is extremely disappointing to say the least.
