I even emailed after ordering to check the gift message had been applied, which they confirmed. And it still got delivered without one and the recipient had no idea who it was from until weeks later. Poor.

I love the original baileys and the strawberry one.
I wanted it for a birthday present it was nicely presented
I ordered this item on 15th May as a birthday present for someone and to this date has not been delivered (maybe this is the delivery company though), therefore, it really can't be given a good review as not been sampled yet!!
The parcel was delivered to wrong address by DPD. Have written by email and using online form to the bottle club on several occasions since 30th Dec and not received replies. Given low score due no replies to my correspondence by the bottle club. Ordering and communication after order was fine. Will be taking the matter further if the bottle club keep avoiding my emails.
Wrong Order Turned up they allegedly sent a replacement that got lost by Courier(apparently) suggested they do a deal on what had been delivered but could maybe be used and nothing.
