This tray helps to keep baguettes in shape while resting as well as while baking.It is useful to know the dimensions before you buy. I found them a little on the short side but OK now I’m used to it.It is non-stick too. The holes give a nice crust on the bottom but leave quite an impression on the bread so if you don’t mind that then you will love this baguette tray.It’s great value for money!

I have never made baguettes before, but was so happy I had these trays to use. The dough is extremely soft, so being able to transfer it to the trays made handling so much easier. The holes in the tray meant the loaves baked evenly all the way around. Very sturdy trays, easy to take out of the oven. I definitely recommend using these.

I love this tray. As long as the recipe is right, this makes the perfect baguette.I have had much praise for my very authentic baguettes. Not only does the baguette taste delicious but my ego receives a nice little boost.
Really happy with this baguette tray. I make gluten-free baguettes and my recipe calls for dough that is so loose, I can't do it without a baguette tray. This tray helped them keep their shape and they came out perfectly.

Havnt used the product yet but I washed it in the dishwasher and it had rust spots from the inner holes. A little disappointed but was able to scrub most of it off. Instructions should really say do not dishwash.
These are excellent baguette trays. The non stick surface is quite good and the perforations allow good air circulation for a crispy crust. My only criticism is that the troughs could be a bit wider for a slightly wider baguette, but this is a very minor issue. Very happy with this purchase.

I am just a home cook so not sure if I did every step correctly. suffice to say the two long rolls I made using this tray - both rolls came out perfect.I lined the tray with baking paper dusted very lightly with 00 flour and pressed down and then put the two long proved rolls into the trays cooked very quickly.i sliced the cooked rolls diagonally and made bruschetta
