I purchased it to make pannatone for Christmas as the normal pans are extremely expensive as I need to order overseas .. with a big silicone liner inside it is perfect .. I can then slice into beautiful rounds for Christmas French toast 🌻

I've always used spring form pans for baking assuming they're easiest to get a cake out of. These are a dream - the cake comes out so easily, bakes evenly and cleans up so easily. Think I'll buy them in other sizes.

A really well made cake tin. I like to line it with baking paper for easy removal of cake after baking. I love the extra deep sides of the pan. Highly recommend.

Anodized baking tins are simply the best for sharp edges and ease of removal from the tin if you are baking for competitions. After many bad purcahess this takes the cake.
