I’ve ordered several times, multiple pair of socks from Sock Geek. I prefer dealing with a small company and Sock Geek has not disappointed. On my first order, it was during the busy holiday season, I remember being very impressed by the personalized, hand written note included in the package. My orders are correct and on time. I never knew I needed special socks to walk/run in until I went to my local run shoppe for shoes. They told me that was probably why I was getting blisters. They were right. I googled running socks and Go Bros came up. They offered free shipping which was great because I only wanted to try one pair and I hate to pay shipping. These socks stay in place when walk/run and I haven’t had a blister since I bought them. Needless to say, I have ordered more and will never go back to cheap socks again. You get what you pay for!

For reference: I wear a 9-9.5 in running sneakers and I bought a medium. Even after I washed and dried they fit great! (Though probably will try not to dry them too often to prevent wear).These are very different from the typical Costco Puma socks I buy. The Balega hidden comfort are quite literally the size of your foot right out of the package (so don’t be surprised, they’re not too big). They just aren’t meant to stretch over your foot like normal one size fits all socks. The heel tab comes up high enough for even my stylish high heeled sneakers and they feel like a gentle hug around your feet. They add a little bulk inside your shoe but I wouldn’t say it’s a drawback for me (as I was looking for more padding. Definitely buying these in more colors!

Love these Balega Hidden Comfort socks. They fit really well. They are so well constructed so they never have an uncomfortable seam or other issues that might cause blisters or hot spots. They have the perfect amount of cushioning for comfort. They wash well and are very durable. They are great value for the money and I add a pair or two whenever I get the chance. I now have about a dozen pairs in various colors. Very pleased with the product!
Awesome socks. I have pf, will be wearing walking shoes the rest of my life, go to local running store (don’t run), introduces me to negative heel walking shoes and then the socks. The socks, oh yes, comfort, cool, no sweating in hot weather. Great product. Foot doctor recommended the running store for negative heel but the salesperson recommended the socks. A win-win situation for me. So when the shoes and socks are on, no discomfort. Yay.
I finally decided to just spend the extra money and get quality socks. These Balega hidden comforts are the best. I've really had no issues. Comfortable when wearing at the gym on the treadmill and great for my walks outside in hot and humid days. They do bunch a bit in the back heel area and I thought that may cause some issues, but no problem. I've bought 4 pairs now.
I’m an endurance athlete and have worn this style (hidden comfort/endurance performance) Balega socks for nearly 10 years. The quality of socks during my most recent purchase (2/2019) has significantly declined. The cushy sole of sock has noticeably thinned out and does not provide the same level of support as in the past. Feels cheaper. Spoke with GoBros rep who said Balega was recently purchased by a larger company and manufacturing likely has changed. I had to return the four pairs I purchased, sorely disappointed in the lack of quality. I’ll switch over to another brand.
I bought these because I liked how they looked. I should have paid more attention to the material. While they are soft and nice looking, I have become accustomed to wool socks. In comparison, these socks make my feet feel moist, which I don't like. I'm keeping them and hoping I like them better when it's not hot out.
Balega's high-cushion socks are my go to for long runs and races, and these ones are also fun & colourful. Really like the tab at achilles for extra support. Only complaint is that the white doesn't stay clean easily, but that's to be expected from trail running, and with a dog in the house.
I just love these socks. My last purchase extended to Valentine’s Day gifts for my daughter and son-in-law. They are runners, and have become equally obsessed with these socks. For my own aerobic activities, including tennis: they are by far and away the most comfortable and best looking sock invented. More colors, please. I need a Ravens Purple for both my daughter and son-in-law—a true purple!
