The box was ripped on arrival and the shoes were not protected in the box, the fabric bag was was open. Not what you expect when you pay so much for a pair of shoes. I have bought lots of my stuff from flannels and evey time there seems to be a problem, I bought a Vivienne Westwood bag through the first lockdown and it still had the security tag on!!!! Terrible customer service. I love the shoes just wouldn’t buy anymore from flannels.

Without much wear, the heel of the shoe is in bits. For the cost of the shoe I would expect the shoes to last. Unfortunately I have another 2 pairs of blanciga, hope same doesn't happen to them.. Will never buy them again. I have been told you pay for the name not the quality
Fits well and looks good, overall great product. Just wouldn't recommend for everyday use or driving.
Ordered my Fiancé a pair of Balenciaga triple S trainers 3 days before mothers day after she has always wanted a pair. They were ready for collection within a day and are great quality. The overall Balenciaga print is lovely and colouring is beautiful. I would say not to wear them with trainer socks as they do tend to rub a little bit due to the bulkiness of them, but thats the only ever so slight downside.
True to size for me, I'm 9uk, and got 43, they fit well, quite comfortable, but a bitheavy though, so not recommendable if what you want is comfort for a long walk.
I bought my Balenciagas on sale just nearing the end of 2020 when there was 20% off most brands and honestly was the best purchase I've made from flannels. I got them for £520 instead of £650 at the time which now has risen smh, so I got a pretty nice deal for them. They're my everyday shoe and they work a charm, they're extremely comfortable, stylish (if you can style them correctly) and barely get dirty or if they do it looks purposeful with the shoe (as they're a little distressed in design)A lot of people wonder about the weight of the shoes and this may factor into people not wanting to buy them and I can say the weight issue isn't much of a issue after a few weeks of wearing them. I was gutted when I received the shoes, as I spent £700 near enough and the box was battered and beat up, very disappointing. Shoes are great tho.
I absolutely love the color and fit. They are also surprisingly comfortable despite the clunky look.
