This is my first 3D printer. After a lot of reserch this was by far the best option for me, I did need a hand setting it up as I new nothing about 3d printing. I could have done it my self but it would have taken me much longer. I did try to run before I could walk but the printer was very forgiving, as non of the fails I have had were the printers fault and it is a fantastic bit of kit. I did purchace the AMS as well that also is a really good addition I truly cant fault the machine and the friend who helped me was incredably imppresed. as of yet I have managed to figure every thing out and I have had some great results with all my prints. I am using it for a reserch and development project and it is proving to be invaluble. My big ask is when you make a bigger ... MoreThis is my first 3D printer. My big ask is when you make a bigger version all it needs is a larger printing table (say 450mm cubed instead of 300mm) but use the the same AMS as the X1 Carbon you could call it the X1 Carbon Plus I would defenatly buy it. Fantastic machine. It just... works! Anyone who has tried a cheaper 3d printer will probably know the pain that can come with constantly tinkering to get good prints. This came out of the box, removed the packaging (very good instructions on what to remove) and started printing right away. Fully recommend this to anyone thinking of a 3d printer as a tool, rather than a hobby in its own right.

Got an Ender 5 Plus last November direct from Creality. It was an unending struggle, with attempts at leveling, replacing defective parts and such. Then I got introduced to 3D Print Canada and realized the plus of working with them to source product. When I bought the Bambu Lab X1 combo, I could have bought from Bambu Lab for a little cheaper, but having them be a 1 stop to get repairs/replacement, and them certifying the printer made the extra worth it for meHave had the printer now for 2 days and the setup was easy (an hour to have it ready for first print), it's super fast (20 minute benchy confirmed), and hasn't really stopped since then. I have now printed more in 2 days (over 2 different printed items) than I did in 5 months with my Ender.Amazing product, ... MoreGot an Ender 5 Plus last November direct from Creality. I've bought a couple of other things from TechnologyOutlet, but this was the first large purchase. I'm super happy with the service. Very efficient in all fronts - documentation, delivery, communication. As for the printer. I already have several other machines (7) from big brands. But this machine just leaves the bed slingers far behind. Of course it's not the first core XY machine! But combined with the AMS, slicer. It is a week thought-out offering right down to really affordable spares (I don't need any yet!) to affordable resin and in the UK, Bambu Labs delivers super fast. I am planning to get another one, soon. There is a 99% chance I'll be buying from TechnologyOutlet again!
