I’ve just purchased the HX headphones and they are as advertised, in my opinion. I’ve used and bought a few highly recommended and recognized headphones over the years (Bose Quiet Comfort, Sennheiser Momentum and Bowers and Wilkins PX series), but, I must say, these really stand out from the rest. They are made of quality materials and I’ve always admired B&O’s product design. The noise canceling is not the best there is available, but, it gets the job done for me. That being said, the most important aspect, I think, is how they sound. I’m VERY, VERY picky when it comes to that. Well, simply put, these have to be the best sounding headphones I’ve ever had! I’m a person who likes to search for good deals and I rarely pay full price for anything, but I don’t mind ... MoreI’ve just purchased the HX headphones and they are as advertised, in my opinion. I expected more from B&O.The battery lasts really well and the case they come in is smart - though I wouldn't say they're very easy to chuck in your bag to take on a commute because they're still fairly chunky but light. If you're looking for a design-led pair of headphones I'd still recommend these but they're not flawless. The main drawbacks are the sound quality and the slightly glitchy controls

They also perform incredibly well on my laptop for video calls. I've tried 3 different pairs of over ear Bluetooth headphones with this laptop and all failed to perform on video/voice calls, dropping and lagging audio. Using these in the noisy office environment has been great, I could hear clearly although a bit quiet. The people on the other end of the line could hear me clearly with no background noise. Clearly the multiple microphones do an amazing job.Comfy to wear but like most over ear headphones they make my ears too warm after extended time wearing them. They would probably benefit from having slightly deeper ear pads and a softer material on the headband.I've got B&O stereo speakers, in ear headphones, a couple of Bluetooth speaker. The HX headphones keep up the high standards you'd expect from this company.Overall - fantastic.

Fantastic quality product

The price for this B&O headphone is not cheap but the quality is superb and feel very luxury. When you hold it on your hand, you will noticed the quality difference straight away. The sound quality is superb with clarity so you can hear every instruments and vocal clearly. Despite the sound is excellent I do want to point out about the bass. The bass is tight with clarity but is not super heavy bass like you will get from Beats or bose etc. If heavy strong bass is your thing, this headphone might not be for you.For the active noise control, I can't comment too much because i don't use. The wind reduction function is useful.

Great set of headphones! The B&O app allows you to easily tweak your sound preferences and create different profiles which is amazing for different listening environments and moments. The noise cancellation I wasn’t a major fan of to be be completely honest. I feel Sony/Bose do a slightly better job, but the active noise cancelation isn’t all that bad.The price is a little bit much, BUT upon opening the product you can see where the money goes. You get a VERY comfy set of headphones that are easy to adjust, and fantastic build quality. No cheap pieces of plastic that feel like a children’s toy (an issue that is all to common with certain headphone brands). Also, the battery life on these is nothing short of perfect.

Premium Headphones. Excellent Adaptive Noise Cancellation.

With plush leather ear cushions, leather headband and brushed metal parts these headphones have a premium look and feel to them. They come in a hard case with a charging cable and a 3.5mm aux cable.Fitment is good but as everyone's head shape is different I would recommend trying these out in store if display units are available. These headphones are great for use at home, on commutes and when travelling. The exceptionally good adaptive noise cancellation, which when turned on, provides a very immersive listening experience. There's plenty of detail in the mids and highs. The bass is controlled and is not overwhelming. The B&O app provides guides on how to use the headphones and access to additional information and settings. Such as percentage or hours of battery life remaining, wind reduction and automatic pause/resume when removing the headphones from your head. The app also allows you to personalise your sound with preset and custom listening modes. The app also shows when software updates are available for your headphones. It took 10 minutes to update the headphones to the latest software version which added improvements and fixes. On the right earpiece there is a circular touch panel. With various swipes you can control music playback, volume and calls. Also on this side is a power/ BT pairing button, charging port and a 3.5mm aux port for wired listening. On the left earpiece there is a button to switch between the noise cancellation modes and a smaller button to bring up your phone's voice assistant or to mute/unmute the microphone during calls.Unfortunately I found the touch controls to be very hit and miss. It was easier for me to control the volume, skip/pause etc from my phone. Maybe a future software update can improve the touch controls.

The materials used are great, with the headphones having a really nice overall finish making them a pleasure to use. All the combines to leave you with a really sturdy pair of headphones that are deceptively light. After a couple of hours use my ears were warm but not uncomfortably so.I found the touch controls to be a little unresponsive at times but I believe this is being addressed in a future firmware update that will align the sensitivity to other B&O products.Battery life is fantastic, they charge very quickly and my experience was in line with the manufacturers claim of 35 hours battery life. I started on a Monday morning with a full charge and used these every day for 5/6 hours a day; joining conference calls and listening to music while working. They finally gave up and needed charging on Friday evening which I was very pleased with.Audio experience:As you'd expect from a B&O product, the sound quality is terrific. These are the first pair of wireless over-ear headphones I've owned and I've been really impressed with them. The sound quality is great for both music and zoom meetings/ podcasts, and the noise cancellation is really effective. They switch off automatically to save battery which is a plus. I don't find the touch controls to be particularly responsive, for example it takes a few taps to pause/resume, and the 'circle' motion to control volume isn't very intuitive. They are lightweight and comfortable to wear most of the day with soft, quality leather. The colour is described as 'Sand' and looks quite grey in the online pictures, whereas in reality the colour is more cream/ beige. The protective case is handy for travelling too, although still quite bulky. Ideal for those that really appreciate the true sound of music. This is a great example of you get what you pay for.The design is sleek and comfortable, the ear cuffs covering my whole ear without looking too large and awkward. The sound quality is amazing, you can really hear the detail in the instrumentals and back vocals, that other brands sometimes neglect. The sound is crisp and clear, allowing you to fully submerge into the music. The EQ is fully adjustable, giving you greater control to suit your musical preferences. The gesture control of the headphones was another great feature, giving you complete control of your music without having to fuss around with buttons or use your phone. The product comes with a quick start guide, that highlights not only it's ease of use - but also the many impressive features the headphones come with. The case is tidy, offering a stylish look on top of added protection. There's also an app that can be downloaded, which gives greater personalisation around your eq preferences, as well as offering the ability to set different setting for different moods or sets.Overall a great product that I would definitely recommend.

compared to 60 dollar razer headphones its hard to juatify the 499 for these sad boys , they look impressive , the overall volume is low at the loudest setting , the touch controls are very poor , its impossible to , pause , play , forward or back , not to mention the volume up and down never work , the headphones will pull off your head before you change the volume , they wand you to swipe and it dosent work. after about 20 min if listening it drips 20 percent of battery , when charging it charges 20 percent in 10 min , also they fit better back wards despite being clearly labeled . i would not recomend these due to the controls are terrible , and the battery life is terrible about an hour and a half till discharged. takes 50 min to fully charge , other than the ... Morecompared to 60 dollar razer headphones its hard to juatify the 499 for these sad boys , they look impressive , the overall volume is low at the loudest setting , the touch controls are very poor , its impossible to , pause , play , forward or back , not to mention the volume up and down never work , the headphones will pull off your head before you change the volume , they wand you to swipe and it dosent work. after about 20 min if listening it drips 20 percent of battery , when charging it charges 20 percent in 10 min , also they fit better back wards despite being clearly labeled . i would not recomend these due to the controls are terrible , and the battery life is terrible about an hour and a half till discharged. takes 50 min to fully charge , other than the active noise cancellation which does work very well , i woukdnt buy these. try something else btw , they sound slightly better than some 60 dollar razer headphones. id skip these, im sending mine back.
