Wish I read the reviews before I bought this quilt. Feathers constantly coming out and go absolutely everywhere. I have to take the quilt outside to remove the quilt cover for washing or expect literally a thousand feathers to fill the room. No good do not buy.

I bought this doona expecting it to be great quality, that it is Definately Not!.Instead I found feathers were constantly falling/coming out constantly. I thought it would settle down after a few weeks or at least a month, but it hasnt. I have to vaccum my daughters room on a DAILY basis unless I want to see/put up with her floor being covered in feathers.I am extremely dissapointed as this was not a CHEAP purchase and feel that Harris Scarfe should refund me due to the Extremely POOR QUALITY.

Bought 2 of these quilts on special. RRP was 400.00. Presumed at that price it must be a great quilt. The quilt would be lucky to be 10mm thick. Both kids also have blankets on top of their quilts and it's summer. Save your money DONT BUY. Not even a 1 star rating
Unfortunately I didn’t believe the reviews and went ahead and bought this doona. Hardly any down/feathers. Lots of tiny feathers come out of the cover. I had to take doona cover outside and shake all the feathers out of it before putting it in the washing machine and then vacuumed the bedroom floor. I’m hoping there will be less feathers escaping now. Store policy, no returns on quilts. Will end up buying new one. Different brand.
I bought this because I was tempted by the down and I thought it would be reasonable quality from Harris Scarfe. It was colder than a cheap polyester K-Mart quilt. Ended up replacing it almost immediately.
For the cost of this doona, frustrating with no returns policy at Harris Scarfe. feels like no filling, so flat, no warmth. Better quality doons at Kmart. Money wasted. I feel Harris Scarfe should take some responsibility for selling inferior products!
I bought this doona as I wanted a warm winter one. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. I agree that there is not enough filling. We have given it a good shake and you can still see through it. We tried it for about 4 nights and we were so cold. We have now had to put it on top of our other wool doona. Don’t waste your money!
I bought this doona and couldn't believe how thin it was when I got it out of the bag. I was told it would fluff up after some air time for a day or two. Two days later, so very flat, thin and you can see there's hardly any feathers in each square. Shocked that Harris Scarfe would sell such a crappy doon with many terrible reviews.
I bought this for my elderly mother as it was meant to be light and warm. It's light alright... she's got a heated throw on top as she was so cold under it. Also, like the other reviewer... feathers go everywhere. I wanted a refund but HS said these items are not refundable. Hopeless and expensive. Will need to throw out.
