Batiste Dry Shampoo Damage Control 200 ml

I discovered this product at Marshall’s and I am so thankful! I love the original version, but it tends to dry out my hair. I have naturally curly hair that I straighten once a week, and it tends to get dry and frizzy, the original version was making it dry out quicker. This invisible spray smells clean and my hair soak it right up. Always be in my Arsenal!

I love a great dry shampoo for in between washes or to add volume and this batiste damage control dry shampoo is up there with the best iv tried. Its really gentle on my coloured hair and helps restore strength to damaged hair. It smels really nice and its super economical. I love that it leaves no nasty residue like some dry shampoos can and it brushes out with ease. It contains keratin which protects my hair from heat styling which I love as I am always using my straightener. I highly recommend this dry shampoo and could not find any faults with it. Amazing. Love it.

I tested this product a few weeks ago and was not overly enthusiastic about the results.The packaging is good and seems to be better than the original range. However, when I used the product I found that it was very noticeable that dry shampoo had been used - in appearance. My hair was that slight tint of grey! As well as the appearance my hair felt very odd after use. In all honesty I prefer products from other brands and the Batiste’s original dry shampoos have little difference in outcome!So yes my hair did not necessarily look greasy but it was still obvious it hand t been washed.

Brilliant Dry Shampoo for heat damaged hair

I have used this product twice now and as a regular user of dry shampoo this has been my favourite to date. This product is light weight and is easily blended into my dark hair between washes. It smells lovely and really freshens up my hair. I find that with other brands I have to reapply the product throughout the day but this lasted throughout my whole work day.I also find that the day between washes my hair usually shows all my split ends through years or box dyes and heat damage however with the damage control dry shampoo I felt it looked like i’d had a fresh blow dry. My hair felt really healthy and I even received compliments about how glossy and healthy my hair looked.Would totally recommend for anyone with oily hair with heat damage

Damage control

I love the new range of Batiste range of dry shampoo. It’s an awesome in between washing with shampoo and conditioner and great time saver. Love the funky designs. I have dry damaged hair which is prone to split ends and breakage so wanted something effective that won’t further damage my hair. Takes away the look of oily roots but seems to add moisture back to the hair without stripping. Has a nice smell so hair smells clean and fresh. Great to use before blow drying for extra hold. Awesome to use after the gym to take away that sweaty hair look. Great product.

Lovely company but not the product for me

I used the Damage control one as replacement for the Batiste tropical one I’ve been using for years as I wanted to see how it would be on my damaged overprocessed hair. I am a nurse and was finding I was washing my hair after every shift and wrecking my hair further in the process. Batiste is great but the damage control one with keratin didn’t add that much softness to my hair - could possibly be that my hair is way too overprocessed that it was beyond repair? I will continue to use their other products. It might be suitable for you but not me unfortunately.

Nowhere near as good as regular batiste

As a dry shampoo goes, it not great, just ok compared to original formulas of batiste. I've very greasy hair and use dry shampoo every night so I can get 2-3 days of not washing versus washing every day without dry shampoo. Tbh I would still need to wash everyday using this dry shampoo if I wanted it to be 100% grease free. Its not the worst dry shampoo I've tried. As for the "damage control" I can't really comment on that has my hair isn't overly damaged but I've not noticed any changes. Id say if you don't have overly greasy hair, you may like this especially as it has no white cast.I'm honestly really surprised at the 4&5 star reviews people have given this!

Perfect to refresh and make hair feel clean again

Just love this! So easy to use, just an easy spray, massage and then brush though. Amazing results and totally refreshed hair. The smell is lovely and reminds me of sweet mangos and summer holidays. I get greasy hair but don't want to wash my hair everyday and strip it from oils. So I've been using this in between washes and it's great. It seems to have strengthened my hair and it doesn't seem to break as much after lots of hair styling and straightening. This trusted product will be on my shopping again and again!

Works well for damaged hair but not amazing

I have bleach blonde hair that’s been starting to snap in places due to being so dry. For this reason I had to stop using the original dry shampoo as I left my scalp dry and irritated. I then bought this one on a whim, it’s the best smelling dry shampoo I’ve came across however isn’t as effective as their normal ones. This is understandable though as it’s specifically got damaged hair it can’t be as drying, therefore it’s less effective than their original formula. Saying this though it does a decent enough job, I also find that my hair stays straight for longer when I’ve used this.
